Description of Work: One of the roofers accidentally damaged the corner siding of the garage and was repaired willingly by Richards Roofing. They arrived on the day the said and finished on the day they said. This was seamless!

Very well. The estimate given by Jim Swift was explained to my satisfaction. The crew arrived early and worked hard. Each day the ground and surrounding area were cleaned of debris. Final payment on the job was not collected until the work was finished to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Complete tear off of house with some wood replaced. Additional vents installed to bring up to code. Gutters and downspouts replaced with new covered gutters and trim. Garage tear off with new roof to match home.

The representative from the company arrived earlier than stated, looked at the roof, and let me know that the roof had not failed - I was getting water in through a gap in the siding. He told me my roof was in great shape and wouldn't need to be replaced for at least 5 years. I felt that the representative was extremely honest and didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. I will definitely be calling them again whenever I have any roofing issues.
