If I could give TEN STARS I would!! Kevin Johnson was the technician that was sent out & he was absolutely great every step of the way. In an ideal world EVERY experience would be like our's was with him. I certainly hope that Hoover recognizes what a fine employee & asset to their company that Kevin is!!!

I contacted Hoover and they had an electrician out the same day, within an hour or two of my scheduling call. The great service did not stop there. The electrician they sent, JNathan, was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and very personable. He did a whole home electrical inspection and provided me a list of things that are in great shape, things that are nearing end of life, and things that need to replaced immediate. He did not try to upswell me on anything. My request had to do with a single faulty outlet that I needed changed and he performed the work very quickly and ran all tests right in front of me. He explained exactly what happened and advised on how I can avoid the issue in the future. All in all, Nathan with Hoover is hands down the best master electrician and I will be using him next time I need some work. 10/10 I would recommend friends and family to Nathan and Hoover. Their pricing is upfront and reasonable. No surprise fees or other shenanigans when it was time to pay. Thank you Nathan and Hoover Electric!

Expensive but then again I didn't get any other estimates. $704 to move stove hookup gas pipe 12" with a shutoff . Almost as much as I paid for my stove.

Nathan was informative and professional. Gave us information in layman's terms and did not mind all the questions. Did a great job!

The Hoover technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed the procedures that he was going to use to resolve our problem. The first problem was resolved quickly the 2nd concern required additional analysis to determine the cause. The technician fixed both problem. The technician also performed an electrical inspection of our house as part of the basic services provided by Hoover. We are very happy with Hoover services and will use them again.

The service tech was experienced, very good assessment. explained the work and after care maintenance. Wore shoe covers. Water heater installed in about 50 minutes. Price seems a little high, $1,925.
