The men arrived on time and they were pleasant to work with. They explained what they were doing and showed me what was wrong with my old sump pump.

the staff from Capital were great. After coming to my home and assessing my problem, and determining the solution. they called the OEM for my water heater. Discovering that my heater was still under warranty they also found that the part need ed to fix the problem was a free issue from the vendor . Less scrupulous companies may have hidden this info and charged me for a free part. Capital Plumbing is a very professional company and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

They came when I asked and did a very professional and thorough job. My toilet was very old and had a cemented plate under the toilet that had to be chisiled off. They replaced everything, made sure there were no drips or leaks and even took the trash out to the garbage can. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a plumer. Their price was also fair and equitable in my opinion.

Extremly prompt and informative. I had a number of quotes from other vendors and somehow I just felt they were the only ones providing me with honest information for my sewer main replacement job. I should also mention that they are very competative on the prices. Would definately use them again.

The service tech was personable and friendly. It turned out to be only a lighting of the pilot call however, it was very difficult to get at. It was worth the service call fee to have him light it.

I placed the inquiry on servicemagic.com at 7:48 monday morning (today) at 7:49 the phone rang and it was Joe the owner. He answered my questions gave me a great price and by 11 his son was at my door, checked out the job and left to get the water heater. By 12:30 project was complete, on budget and by 1:30 i had hot water once again... The best service i have ever received!!! Will hire them again and will tell everyone about Service Magic and Capital Plumbing

They did come out as quick as possible. They found the issue and fixed the problem within in an hour. During there trip they recommended replacing the hot water tank in the near future. The replacement costs seemed really high at $675. With all fittings standard and essentially just swapping out of the tank, no more than a couple of hours work,$675 seems really. All in all service was quick, effective and professionsal.

I called them on a Tuesday about four plumbing needs I had and they were ready to do the job that day. I asked them to come out Friday and quote the job and work on it Monday morning. Three plumbers came and knocked it out in about three hours. Some of the faucets I bought came out of the box missing some parts and they either got them from their truck or went over to Aco and picked up the parts. I am happy with the work. It was done right and looks good.
