On time..... and provided a service that included an eye toward cost and also the best for the long term. Will use these folks anytime i need any plumbing projects done.

Called back and scheduled an estimate in 2 minutes. Was there when promised. Reviewed the problem and provided the fix at a very reasonable cost.

This company made a minor problem into a major problem. They came totally unprepared. Didn't even have shovels. They caused my sump pump to fail and flood my basement. On top ot that, they were extremely rude and very unprofessional. Do not hire. I am contemplating taking them to court.

The son of principla, Joe Jr., replaced an existing tolit. He acted very prfessional. All the tasks he performed exceeded my expecatation. i would recommend him.

Very skilled plumbers

Joe called right away when our water heater died. He talked me through questions to ask other potential plumbers in case I wanted to compare costs and to make sure the new water heater was installed to code. We ended up hiring his company, Capital Plumbing, and they came out with the heater, installed it later that day and hauled the old one away. He warned us that new federal regulations for water heaters had been causing problems with pilot lights staying lit, but they had a modification that dealt with the situation and we have had no problems with our new water heater (3 weeks).

Very responsive, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. If we weren't moving out of state, I would use Joe's company for all future plumbing requirements

The were true to their word on doing the work that was needed. They even called to see if they could come early to do the estimate before starting the job, most people call to say they are going to be late.

At the beginning of the job, repair people were reluctant to move washer back to its location. One repariman didn't even know that the water pump drained into a main sewer pipe. Also, i was accused of being rude after I scheduled a Saturday appointment, only later to recieve a call to cancel my Monday appointment. The two repair men forgot to plug my pump back in, only later to find water rushing out on to my driveway. However. the job was completed and the wash tub is draining properly.
