Shingle Rite Installers

Description of Work: My mother-in-law had work done on her Mansord roof over her garage. Steven Garcia Jr told us what the roofers previously had not done right on the roof and the reason for the leaks. He continued with what he was going to do and guarnteed that we wouldn't have any leaks. Then he proceeds to tell us what another builder had done wrong to a wind that was leaking inside and so he stated that he fixed that too. Well, shingles are falling down into the ease troughs and hanging down, the window is leaking terrible and we have called him over 6 times and we continue to #1 get voicemail and then he chooses to call back here and there with, "Oh we will get on that tomorrow or later in the week".....it has been at least 2 months and NOTHING!!! I called him just a few days ago 8/28/11 and left a message and I get a text message (how professional is that?) Once again stating, "We open at 8:00am Mon threw Fri. Sorry to have received your message so late. Please call us in the morning will be happy to repair the mansord walls. Our job was complete the mansord was not. I did ck our work an no leaks have accord and our job was complete. I will repair the five fallen shingles at no change no later than Tuesday 8/30/11 afternoon upon your call if acceptable, thanking u in advance Steven..." YES..a text message!!!!!!! So, Tuesday has come and passed and now it is going to be Friday 9/2/11...I called again and left another message and even texted him too....nothing!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We paid in full and yet they refuse to make amends!!!! I happened to Google them and found out that BBB had revoked them back right prior to us getting the roof done!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
