Description of Work: I purchased a new house and my home inspector pointed out several problems with the heating and cooling. The home inspector noticed the AC was not exhausting water, the humidifier and heating filters needed replacement needed replacement, the humidifier leaked water and the heating unit was neglected and very dirty. The explained all of this to the receptionist and she gave me an estimated cost without parts (which was accurate). I re-explained everything to the technician and he said he would look it all over. He vacumed everything out (with a vacum I supplied) and ran tests on the heat and a/c. He said the humidifier and heating units do need some maintenance but recommended I wait until the fall to fix them since they will not effect the a/c. He cleaned the a/c unit and found the plug and cleared it. He didn't have the size filters I need but told me the size I needed (which I picked up later). He was present about 2 hours and the bill seemed appropriate. I will call them back out in the fall to repair the humidifier and heating unit when they are necessary.

Sean and Jeff arrived on time. They had to rework some of the duct work in order to bring everything up to code and did a wonderful job doing so. They replaced my old furnace and air conditioner with new products. They were very efficient, took extra care not to damage walls when taking out the old product and bringing in the new, cleaned up everything when they were done. I was very impressed with what they did. Replaced the old water tank venting. Set up of new air conditioner is neat and level. If some extra materials were needed, they were delivered promptly and the install was not delayed. They even replaced some heat vents in the basement as a favor to me. Both were very personable and answered all my questions and concerns. Ken, the salesman, was very informative, very friendly and answered all my questions and issues, which is why I picked this company over the others I had quotes from.

I contacted Expert Heating and Cooling for an estimate. Their salesperson, Jim came out on time, completed his quote and was very professional. He explained everything at length and thanked me for my time. I checked their quote against another local heating and cooling company. With the rebate Carrier was offering Expert came in lower and was also offering one year same as cash. Both companies are local and have been around for years. The Expert Heating and Cooling installers arrived on time and completed the install in one and a half days. The evening of day one they had the air conditioning running, a nice plus. I've inspected their work, very very nice, I can’t say that enough. If I had to nick them for anything they could have swept the basement area a little, but they removed all debris though. It's really nice to work with a local company you can trust and get a quality job.
Description of Work: Completely replaced a residential heating and air conditioning system. The old units were still working but were 20 plus years old and needed updating. I decided to replace them with newer high efficiency units before it became an emergency. This gave me chance to shop around

They did do a very good job. One of the city inspector commented that Expert did do good work.
Description of Work: I had Expert install a high-efficiency natural gas furnace, AFUE rating 96% and Air Conditioning SEER rating 17 with new Humidifier & Infiny control thermostat. Also had to put in new Plenum on to the furnace and a chimney liner to the water heater.

This company actually installed the unit 12 years ago, and have been taking care of the maintenance on it ever since. I really like how they treat me, and they always answer my questions. We will continue our service with them, and have also found that it is a better buy to have both the furnace and air conditioner on the contract.

They were thorough in the inspection, repair and service. They have convenient hours and a convenient location. They are not the cheapest, but the price is worth it for the extra mile they go. I would recommend them.
