This was an awful experience. They cut down the giant tree and I thought all was well. The man renting the home called to inform me that they left the entire tree parts scattered all over the lawn. I assumed that all of that was going to be removed. Was I wrong to assume that? When I called to question why the parts were left behind, the owner and his wife informed me that it was an additional cost for them to remove it. I asked them to meet me at the house so that we could look at it together. They saw my dark hair and olive skin and began making remarks about being born in the US and other racist nonsense. I was a twenty something female who worked hard to buy that house and rent it for supplemental income. I had to pay more for the removal of the tree but they claimed I didn't. They must have chosen to not cash the check I gave them. More drama occurred in court. They are awful humans and if you are a person of color avoid them at all costs. It won't go so well for you. For the record, they speak improper English. Oh the irony. I tell everyone I know to not call this company.
