My roofs look amazing! The replacements were done as a last minute request and I was thrilled they made me a priority. I only have two complaints. 1. On the last day of the job, I was at my back door and before getting to the door, I started noticing nails. Lots and lots and lots of nails. I picked up at least 60 of them before going into my house. I have two dogs and was extremely concerned they would step on one and sustain an injury as many nails I picked up were standing straight up. While my dogs were out, I continued to pick nails up. Tons of nails. I contacted them and they said they would be out the next morning with a huge magnet and get them. They kept their word and I only found a nail here and there as I was doing yard work. 2. The shingles are guaranteed for 20 years. The only paperwork I received was a receipt showing the purchase price. That was it - nothing to indicate their guarantee. I contacted them twice (via text) and never received a response.
