On Mrach 29, 2012 Mr Rooter came to our house to replace our sewer line from our house to the steet. Mr Rooter told me it will take 4 to 41/2 hours to do. The work started late because the truck had a flat tire. The weather was cool, in the high 40's to low 50's. It was cloudy and rain was in the forecast. Mr Rooter started the work about 10:15 A.M. and thought it would be done by 2 P.M. At around noon to my surprise it was complete. I have a hard time keeping an eye them because of my disability. There was one of the guys working for Mr Rooter, he threw a large branch/ root into the back of the truck and away it went. On April 3, 2012 I asked my son to pick up the branches, but don't use full force to do it. He couldn't get any of them out. I called Mr Rooter at approximately 12;30 P.M.on April 2. On April 3 at at 8:21 A. M. Mr Rooter called me and said I was on the schedule for 10 A. M. At 12:03 I received a call from them, saying when the next crew was free I would be next. I waited all day, and no one showed. On April 4 at 8:54 A. M. I called Mr Rooter, They told me I was on the schedule for 10 A. M. At 10:38 A. M. I called Mr Rooter and was told when a crew was freed up we would be next. I said I thought we were on the schedule for 10. I said I waited all day yesterday and no one showed.At 4:12 they called again with the same song and dance. A guy came out finally on the on the 5th, not a crew but a guy. And he took pictures, I have pictures, I could have sent them pictures if that is what they wanted. Ronny is the name of the guy that came over saying if he did the work, they would have to pay him. Ronny told me someone will be out here this week either Tuesday ot Wednesday, Yesterday April, 11, 10:09 A. M. Mr Rooter called and said I was the next one up. At 5:13 P. M. I get the same story. I asked to talk with a manager, she said there wasn't one available. But she said I was the next one on the schedule and someone will be there still today. My foot. And just minutes ago Mr Rooter called to assure me that they haven't forgottten about me,and they would be out this morning. She called after noon. I said to send them right now. She said it was a courtesy call. I was told last week someone would take care of this. And demanded someone come out right now and finish the job. Description of Work: my surprise were done by 12;30 P.M. On Tuesday I asked my son to pick up the branches in the front yard. To my surprise or ignorance, they were roots On April 3.2012 I called Mr Rooter about the root. The next d We had our sewer line replaced on March 29, 2012. I was told it would take 4 to 41/2 hrs to do. Mr Rooter started at 10:15 and toay Mr Rooter called me and said a crew will be out there at 10:00 A. M. At 12:15 I was just ready to call them when Mr Rooter gave me a call saying when the next crew is free you will be next. I waited the whole day and no one came. 8:54 A.M the 4th of April I called Mr Rooter. They told me I am on the schedule for 10 A. M. At 10:38 I called them again and they told me when the next crew is freed up I will be next. I said, why aren't they here now, you told me I was on the schedule for 10, and why go to another job before finishing the last one? Someone came out at around 4 P. M. They came and took pictures. He said Someone will be out next week, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Wed, morning I got a call from Mr Rooter at 10:41 A.M. saying I was next on their schudule. At 5:13 I called Mr Rooter back only to be told we were the next on the schedule. At this point I gave them every break in the book. If this was their yard Mr Rooter would not leave their yard look like this. I carried mail for 11 yrs in an area that the houses were built in the late 1950's. Two to three houses a year needed their sewer lines replaced. I have seen humps in yards. I have never seen roots sticking out of the yard like they are in ours. THIS WAS A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE REALLY OVERPRICED. THEIR EMPLOYEES NEED MORE EXPERIENCE AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN TWO NEW WATER FAUCETS.
