 + -1 moreI was very disappointed because they broke my tub and covered it up with a bath rug, so I didn't see it 'til after they've left. It's dishonestly about doing damage and not letting me know about it, but other than that, the work was fine.

Description of Work: My water heater stopped working. after I called around for a plumber for two hours, a friend of mine recommended K and R Plumbing in South Lyon. I clued, Tom came out within the hour and fixed my hot water heater. He arrived, removed his shoes, and diagnosed the problem. After fixing it, he presented me with a written bill and gave me some adivice about future water heater issues to look out for. He explained what he did each step of the way. Very helpful and professional.
