My service experience was very pleasant. Joe is very knowledgeable and personable. He had no problem with me watching him work and explained everything he did. My problem ended up being something simple which cost me less than I had initially thought. I would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to family and friends.

I contacted homeadvisor and requested 3 quotes for AC repair. Within a couple of hours Joe contacted me and was able to come out to my house the very next morning. I can't say nothing but good things about Joe at IGuard Air. Not everyday do I meet a more genuine person then Joe. He made me feel very comfortable and included me in all the steps to fixing my AC in the hopes it would help me in the future. I firmly believe that their are people here to help and serve others and I see that in him. I hope this review expresses just how pleasant my experience was. There was more work required than he expected but he stuck with the job until it was completed and did work he didn't quote. I would highly recommend I Guard.

I called about AC service on Sunday evening, and received response in 2 hours. Serviceman arrived at 7:00 A.M. as promised. Diagnosed and installed new part and was finished in a short time. I had a stopped air conditioner. Joe came out the day after I accepted his HomeAdvisor proposal, due to busy schedule. He was friendly, thorough, and capable of repairing my unit. The only thing I struggle to rate is the & value for money as I dont regularly have a/c repairs, so I have no idea what the amount of parts & labor normally costs. Im not sure that his number was cheap, but it seemed pretty reasonable and he definitely wanted to make sure that he was as helpful as possible while he was here.

This owner goes above and beyond by a mile over other companies. He is a hard worker and doesn t quit until the job is completed and to your satisfaction even if it means working until way after dark using flashlights to get the job completed. I have never had such a great experience working with a company that I knew nothing about. It actually put my faith back in mankind . It just goes to show there are still good people out there willing to help others and not be so concerned with making a buck and getting rich by over charging the consumer. This is a great is a great hard working company and I would recommend this man over the well know big names out there!

Issue : ac not working- Joe, is by far one of the best hvac guys in the industry. I own 12 rental properties and my go to hvac guys came to my house and both checked the ac unit and said my compressor was bad and wanted to charge me 2300 to replace and 3900 for a new outside unit and inside a coil. Because of Joe s ability to truly trouble shoot and knowledge of the business he repaired the unit for a fraction of the cost. By far the most through hvac person I have come across. AAAAAAA+++++++

He was very thorough. He found two tiny leaks that repair person from 2 years ago did not find, and fixed them. He checked all lines including basement lines. He was very honest and explained all that he was going to do.

Joe was very quick to respond to our AC issue and replaced it within one day. It would have taken week for others to just commit to job. He is nicest person and also helped identify and help me fix sump pump as well. He stayed late to ensure the job was finished and we had AC in this hot weather. He also cleaned up well and took care of all trash. He will be my go to guy for heating and cooling needs for future.
