Joe seems to be a hard working, honest man. I was pleased that he was able to diagnose and repair the air conditioning unit in a timely fashion. He was here within an hour of when he called me, too. Price seemed to be fair charge as well. I would definitely hire him again if needed, as well as recommend to friends.

Joe was beyond helpful. Not only did he come and work on my AC, but he gave me pointers on other things I could do around my house to improve quality. He explained everything and why it was needed, and he was also respectful of the fact that I was working from home.

They called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and get a better understanding of the issue. They arrived a couple of minutes early, fixed everything and explained everything during the process. Excellent customer service. I will be using I Guard AIR in the future!

Within moments of posting that my air conditioner stopped working, Joe called me and said he could stop by and see what may be wrong. This was on a Sunday! I was expecting to replace the entire unit, but Joe checked it out and told me what was wrong and had parts on his vehicle to get it working again. He also told me that even though the unit was well over 10 years old, it still had 5 to 10 years life in the unit. I have never had a service man and owner be as informative and honest as Joe from I Guard AIR. I already have Joe coming back for some furnace work prior to Winter. I WILL use I Guard AIR for all my needs in the future. NO ONE IS BETTER!
