We have been providing the community with our services since 1998. We provide the highest quality materials and installation in the industry. In all of our years in business we have only had 1 customer issue on our end and it was resolved. We provide a 15 year warranty on materials and labor for our carpentry products. Other warranties for our other services are available. Restrictions to apply to the warranties. Angies list ccustomers are eligible for a 5% discount. We contacted Stair-Master-Staircase because we needed some stairs replaced. I first spoke with Shawn who was able to give me a rough estimate for the job based on photos I had sent to him. We were pleased with his timely response so we asked him to come out to our house to provide a more accurate quote by seeing the work that actually needed to be done. He was very professional, punctual and creative. He took time to explain every detail of the job. He provided us with a couple of different options and was very knowledgeable about his craft. We decided to postpone the project but would hire him when ready.
Description of Work: Gave quote on tearing out and replacing stairway.
