I've been dealing with them for years. When the inspectors came out, they said they did a very good job. The price was in the range. It wasn't crazy out of range. I would rate them very, very good. The price was good. I use them now.

We have like a sort of a contract with We HINSON HEATING & AIR COND INC all the time. And actually, this time, we just had a new furnace put in last winter so there was no charge for this visit. Well, they give good service. I've had them for years now and I've always been pleased with them. They answer the call and... yeah, I'm pleased with them. Their pricing is, I guess it's reasonable. 

The service people came on time, did the work and offered to explain as much as I wanted to hear. This is my 3rd year with Hinson's Service contract and I remain very satisfied.

They were like 19 years old and needed $400-$500 worth of repairs and I said they are getting too old to be putting that kind of money into it. When they started doing new duct work, they found out my heat exchanger had cracks in it which is extremely dangerous for carbon monoxide poisoning so I needed a new furnace. What started out with a $79 tune up and inspection ended up in a new furnace. I was very happy with them. It was a decent price.

I am pat of their year around contract. I pay $10 a month for fall and spring tune ups and a discount on and services needed.

They were here April of 2015.  It cost $7600.

I signed up for monthly service contract which includes Spring airconditioning and Fall heating inspection and adjustments. I requested Adnan for the Fall inspection. It gave me a 20% discount today on the Freon and all services in the future. I believe this is a reasonable price. Adnan explained what he was doing, age of system and at some point soon it might need to be replaced.

The do spring and fall tune-ups for me. I had a furnace installed by someone who was not very reputable. They came out and re-installed it. They gave me excellent service. They aren't the least expensive but they give the best service.

Job was done on time, and the workers were very professional and well organized.

No problems. Everything went very well.

A/C failed on Saturday. New system was promised and installed on Tuesday. Excellent response and very good work.

What a bunch of shysters! The "Service Technician" was still in the kitchen and had not even seen the furnace when he tried to sell me a "club membership" maintenance policy for the furnace! The different "maintenance " plans are even pre-printed on their invoices! Then he tried to tell my husband that the furnace heat exchanger was cracked and that the furnace was unsafe and we would all die in our sleep of carbon monoxide poisoning (guess he didn't notice the carbon monoxide detector plugged into the side of the furnace!). then he turned the power off to the furnace "for our own safety". My husband paid him for the service call and told him to get out. We will never recommend these scam artists to anyone.

Their timeliness and reliability are very important to us. The price we pay annually allows us a discount every time they have to do a repair. They're very conscientious.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY ALL OF THE DUCTS WERE CLEANED OUT. WE HAVE KNOWN AND USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THEY TOLD US HOW OFTEN WE NEED TO GET THEM CLEANED.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, THAT'S WHY I KEEP USING THEM. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED ME. OVERALL THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAY THEY WOULD AND THEY DID IT PROPERLY. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AS WELL.
