Steve provided a great and honest service. He installed a high quality and long lasting equipment (American Standard), offered excellent warranty for labor (much longer than his competitors) and filled for a hefty rebate from utilities companies ($550). Also, his offer was the lowest by far from 4 other quotes I had collected. What more can you expect ? The work was done very fast and in a very professional manner. I am very happy.

Got routed to Switzer thru 1st Heating and Cooling since they did not have the needed replacement blower. I found Switzer to be very straightforward, knowledgeable and willing to work around your schedule. I was glad to have him come over on a very cold Sunday to remove the old and install a new blower motor. I'll be calling him again for next year's winter start up.

Very pleased. The home's previous owners misrepresented the furnaces were in perfect working order at the closing, except neither would provide any heat. Steve Switzer was very helpful and competent in examining and explaining the potential ongoing costly problems associated with the old Carrier furnaces, and presented details for replacing them with American Standard models. This will be helpful for recovery of the cost from the previous owners. The installation was done in a suprisingly professional manner (particularly compared with other HVAC installers I have used in the past) and the price was reasonable with no hidden extras. Both furnaces are working well.

VERY HONEST, FIXED MY EXISTING SYSTEM WHEN I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY NEW ONES. SAVED ME MONEY.
