 + -1 moreWhen we decided to add onto our house, Heins and Kwapis was perfect for the job! We had a vague idea of what we wanted, but Gary gave us exactly what we were looking for. Our addition has since been completed and we love it! If we ever decide to our second addition plan, we will be back.

 + -1 moreVery pleasant meetings with Gary Kwapis initially, but after six MONTHS, the plans still weren't done, even though our changes were relatively minor. Any revision, no matter how small, took several weeks to perform. Toward the end, emails and phone calls were not returned and I ultimately gave up on finalizing the plan resulting in an incredible waste of about nine months of time and all of the money spent on progress payments. Now, we have to start all over again. Anybody want to buy some half drawn home plans?
Description of Work: Contracted to draw up a new house plan that we were told would take 6-8 WEEKS.
