The owner Lucas is an extremely rude man. His employees were very kind and sweet. They were doing a job at my mom's next door neighbor's house and digging with a machine and ran into a buried line in her soil, similar to one for an electric fence. It happened a couple times and both times she notified them and wasn't upset until the owner Lucas came up to my mother and started screaming at her that this was her fault for not telling him they had a burrier line. He even started yelling "where!?" And grabbed some of the line that was sticking out and physically ripped out more of it- about 5 ft. He was physically escalating the situation, I would never feel comfortable with this man coming on any property I own. I talked to him Myself on the phone and he admitted he didn't know where the property line was on my mom's neighbor's house or on another job he had that same day. He just took the owners word for it (it's not their fault) instead of getting maps from the city, especially using heavy equipment to dig. He also tried to convince me over the phone that he had fixed the line, which he did not. His kind employees stayed overtime to help her rebury it but it still was unattached and doesn't work. Lucas was Unprofessional and unhinged. Normally I don't leave reviews but I had to here, especially when I kindly called to make a complaint the first thing he did was throw his employees under the bus and said they're terrible, and asked me not to leave a bad review for him. When I told him my story he said that he was the one that spoke to my mom and he lied about it all. My brother and sisters were there and we have cameras around the house. They corroborated the story.

I think it was okay. I don't think it was an extra charge. I don't remember any complaints.

Work done thoroughly and efficiently!

Changed the appointment numerous times. Very difficult to get hold of them. Once the person came, the job of good but additional charged was expensive.

Mike Gibbs from Lucas irrigation was very good. He called ahead and arrived on time. He walked me through each step of my sprinkler system repair, and explained things as he went. I would hire him again.

The sprinklers were adjusted the best they have been since they were installed.

Received a call on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 5pm however no one showed up and it wasn't until 7pm that I was called and informed that they were stuck at another job and would need to reschedule to Thursday to which I agreed. Late Wednesday night I received a text asking to move the appointment to the morning which I could not do due to work. I said the appointment need to be after 4 which was agreed upon. I later received a call from the tech saying that it would be closer to 6. At 6:45 I received a call and text from the tech saying that he is still coming but it would be closer to 7:30. At 8, he calls back saying that he has one quick adjustment job and then he will be on the way. When I asked how long my appointment would take he asks me what work he is doing even though this was discussed with the scheduler back on Monday, so he didn't even know why he was coming out. At 8:15 he calls and says that the quick adjustment is going to take a little more time and that he could still come out after or he could come back out the next morning or afternoon. At this point I had wasted 4+ hours waiting on them so I told him to forget it.

Worst service ever. Called them to fix a sprinkler leak. Apart from fixing the leak correctly, they added more hole to the neighboring sprinkler line. The neighboring sprinkler line was visible and we informed them about it being there. I ended up fixing all the leak by my self.

Mike showed up promptly and had called ahead to notify us that he was running ahead of schedule which I appreciated. Mike did an outstanding job or repairing all of the leaks I had (7 total) and he ran the system to confirm all leaks had been repaired and he then ran the whole system tweaking the heads to get the best performance from the system. He additionally was willing to share knowledge on how to adjust the heads and watering in the yard. I would definitely use Lucas Irrigation Specialists LLC again. Lucas Irrigation Specialists also provide coupons on Angieslist which also helps.

After paying for the service through Angie's List website, I was never contacted to schedule the service. I provided 3 date options that were supposedly available, but I never heard from the company. Will be demanding a full refund.

Job went great! Rob & Josh (and crew) were very friendly, prompt, quick and on time. They went out of their way and took their time explaining and showing us what they were doing each step of the way and then walking us through the system at the end when they were done. They worked very well together as a crew which made the work get done quick. Would recommend them to others looking for a yard irrigation system.

Very good. He did a good job. He taught my husband how everything works and explained things very well.

The tech really did not do anything other than looking at each sprinkler head. As far as I can tell, he did not adjust anything or suggest changes. I must be doing a good job of maintaining the sprinkler system myself. I don't like giving such a neutral review, but that is what happened.

Good, we liked the rep who came out. He did the appropriate work and was pleasant.

The team at Lucas Irrigation was able to get us up and running for the season! They identified a few areas of repair for our system (which hadn't been used in almost two years), and were extremely informational along the way. The team troubleshooted the discovered issues to provide great service at an affordable price! We will be using them (without question) moving forward for all of our irrigation needs.

Great, Their crew was on time and very professional. We were very surprised when they finished everything in 1 day. The following day we had our landscaping installed by Lucas Nursery. In less than 2 days we had a complete landscape transformation. Robert Lucas, owner of Lucas Irrigation came by the house the day the sod was laid and walked my husband & I through the sprinkler timer and did his final adjustments to the system. I am happy to say I have the most beautiful landscaping in the sub and I couldn't be happier with their customer service and expertise. I recommend them to everyone in the sub! We really enjoyed working with the owner Robert Lucas throughout this project and look forward to working with him for years to come.

We love the sprinkler system installed by Lucas Irrigation. We went from having an average lawn to having the best lawn in the neighborhood. The crew delivered on the system design on time and on budget.

Everything went very well. System performs as it should, any issues are address professionally and resolved fairly and Lucas Irrigation is my go-to vendor for irrigation.
