I had a laundry list of repairs which were very satisfactorily completed. The shower faucet required cutting a hole in the drywall but the repairman replaced the drywall (it required only sanding and painting afterwards). I will definitely call them again when I need any plumbing done.

The individual that came was very slow. He never took up a whole toolbox. He kept going in and out of the house to pick up one tool at a time. I was unhappy about that and he just kept going up and down the stairs out to his truck, back up with everything he needed, he had to go in and out. I felt that because he knew what the problem was, he should've had appropriate materials with him, so that was more time at it. I think the problem could've been solved much more easily and less expensively, but that I don't know, because I didn't really trust him on what his solution was. And so he replaced the whole height of the pipe with plastic ones and then took mine, and said "I think the problem was here, maybe here". I think if you're a plumber, you ought to know what the problem is. I was very unhappy. I called them to complain, and they did listen to me. Whoever you talk to was nice. It was done almost 3 hours, I thought it could've been done in 2 or an hour and a half. I'm just very unhappy with it.

As usual, the job went well and the plumber for very professional. They do an excellent job of fixing the problem and always clean up after themselves. We have used Jim Wing Plumbing for and gt;15 years. They have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to everyone who has ever asked for a referral.

My husband called right after they had closed, we received a call back first thing the next morning, and the plumber was at our house around noon. He was very professional, courteous, cleaned up well when he was complete. He even left an invoice for us to mail in since we were at work. We will definitely call Jim Wing Plumbing for our future needs.

I called at 8:30 am and had a plumber to the house at 10 am even though they thought it would be early afternoon until they could get to my house. When the plumber arrived I had a cartridge removing tool that was to small to remove the cartridge. After trying to remove it with pliers and brute strength it would not budge and then he was called to go to another job. After completing the work at the other job he stopped at the hardware store and purchased the correct cartridge removing tool and the repalcement cartridge and had it changed out 10 minutes after he returned to the house later the same afternoon. I also had an old sink that I had purchsed single handle faucets for but could not get the old (as in really old) faucets off the sink. With his plumbers tool he was able to remove the old faucets and install the new.

Everytime he has come he fixed something else as well. It's a small company, but he is very honest and does great work. He give great suggestions to save me money. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
