While they did a good job, and the quality of the work was probably above average, the price was high, and we were charged more than what was quoted in the end. Moreover, they were never punctual, and most often did not show up on the days that they stated that they would. Subsequently, attempts to contact the contractor for service has been exceedingly frustrating. Phone calls can take weeks before they are returned. Obviously, this is unacceptable when it comes to maintenance of your furnace in a northern environment. The same experience as repeated itself when they have been contacted to perform other, unrelated work. Weeks go by before phone calls are answered, although they are not unwilling to come and do the work. Again, they almost never show up on the dates that they promise that they will.

We have worked with this pluming company in the past and have always had the same experience. They show up days, or even months late and then the project invariably costs more than the estimate. The quality of work is fairly good, but the overall the experience is so negative, I would recommend finding someone else if there is a choice.

They sent a guy who said the circuit board was out on the furnace and I would need a new one. When he came back a couple days later with the circuit board he said I also needed a transformer. No work was done. He said there were too many problems with the furnace and that it needed replaced. But I would still need to pay for the time and parts. I called the company the next day about what had happened and to get a price quote for a new furnace but never heard anything until I received the bill. I contacted them about the price and labor after I got the bill. I was charged almost $200 for time and labor. I would never hire them for anything.
