The company responsed promptly to our call and gave a detailed estimate. Because we were changing the overall look of the house, we went through several iterations on what features and options we would include in the work. They handled our change requests with aplomb. They gave us a list of similar jobs nearby that they had completed. We checked out the work and even had an extended chat with one previous customer. The quality of the work looked excellent and the previous customer was happy with their experience. We ended up not using the company for two reasons: (i) the price quoted was on the higher end of the estimates we had received, and we were price sensitive, and (ii) one of the competitors gave us better design guidance about features that would work well together in the house's new look. However, the overall experience was very good and they conducted themselves very professionally.

requested a quote from Jim at Sun and he arrived exactly when he said. The quote was complete and the price was in line with others. We decided to go with a different type of window that Sun did not offer. They put new windows on my neighbor's house and did such an excellant job! I think it is one of the best looking window replacement jobs in the neighborhood.

I like them. They were easy to work with and they were prompt. The price was reasonable. There was no problem except for the awful cocking done in some areas of the window. The cocking was held up so it wasn’t attractive. However, it wasn’t so awful that I need to call them back.

We are very pleased with the work Sun did for us. They were able to do our job ahead of schedule. The crew, of two, worked tirelessly from early morning until the last light of day, and took about 7 days. (Our job was in October). They were organized and the job site was left in orderly condition every day. They kept us informed of what they were doing and addressed our questions promptly and courteously. We are very pleased with the quality of both the products used and the work of the installers.

I had Sun Home Improvement replace the windows, siding & roofing on my home and have been thoroughly satisfied with the work performed. The attention to details was not overlooked by the the installers, and I am very happy with the quality of the materials used. The dimensional shingles used on the roof really made a difference in the overall finished look of the house. Thanks again guys for the nice work.

Everything went as planned and we love it.

They finally called me back after leaving 3 voice mails. This was over a month and a half later and they still did not provide a price for the work to be performed. When he did make it out, he did seem very knowledgeable about the project or maybe not interested. I heard from neighbors that had received estimates and said they were considerably higher than other companies compared.

They sold us a good product and did good work. They followed the rules of the condo association and had the best price. I was impressed with them. They were not the regular company but the condo owners association approved them to do the work.
