 + -1 moreI would never recommend this company to anyone for the price and the fact that they didn't even fix the problem. It was $45 wasted.
Description of Work: He laid on the floor for 15 minutes and told us it was a loose wire. Charged us $45. Once he left it was no longer ignited. The next company we went with came out and told us it was a gas valve and ignition panel. Now we have hot water. How unprofessional to charge that when they couldn't even diagnose the problem. Correctly.

Description of Work: Was performing a DIY faucet repair job when I ran into an issue with some plumbing and fittings. Called Keith Brace and they were out within a day - and fixed my issue in about 1 hour and had all the parts needed. | |This is the 2nd time I've used them. They are very fast - often extending their work day to try and get to you and they are very reasonable in what they charge. They don't do any work that isn't necessary. | |They are the only ones I will ever call.

 + -1 moreHe asked me a couple of questions about the faucets on the phone before coming out, so he brought what he needed. He is a very nice young man and worked quickly to solve my problem with water leaking out the top of the faucets. He charged me $45 trip charge and nothing for labor,the other $12 was for the parts.
Description of Work: He replaced the breakers on both outside faucets.
