"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Bennies Plumbing came out for a $99 dishwasher install. Once we removed the dishwasher we found the shut off valve behind the dishwasher had been leaking for a long time, causing the floor to be spongy. We replaced the shut off valve and installed the dishwasher, at that time the dishwasher was level. We noted the floor was in poor condition and advised you of this. You called back with a complaint the dishwasher was not level and we came right out. On the second appointment the owner came out and the owner attempted to level the floor and dishwasher using shims, knowing that your floor was in very poor condition. Someone had replaced two layers of floor in front of the dishwasher, but never under it. The owner suggested to have a carpenter come out to repair the floor and he believed the repair should cost around $150. You called back a third time and told us to come out and install the dishwasher. We assumed the floor fixed was repaired. When our tech arrived you had purchased material for him to remove the dishwasher, fix the floor and re-install the dishwasher. The tech called the office and spoke to the owner, and the owner advised him to try and help the customer repair the floor. We are sorry you will not use Bennies Plumbing in the future, but will gladly be there if needed. We have been serving the community for over 25 years and customer is a top priority.
