It when well, but I expected my yard to be returned to its original state before they dug it up. Now that portion is going to cost me an additional $2000.

Bennie's Plumbing installed my dishwasher first time and top rack would not stay in and washer was not level. Came back second time and adjusted by lowering front legs more which did not fix problem - it was still not level .Came back third time, and used material I bought, my tools, and my level, tracked dirt though the house and charged me another 150.00. That's 250.00 for a 90.00 job . Also thay chipped my counter top then glued it back on with super glue. The whole thing was a bad experience - don't use these guys.

Mr. [Member Name Removed], Bennies Plumbing came out for a $99 dishwasher install. Once we removed the dishwasher we found the shut off valve behind the dishwasher had been leaking for a long time, causing the floor to be spongy. We replaced the shut off valve and installed the dishwasher, at that time the dishwasher was level. We noted the floor was in poor condition and advised you of this. You called back with a complaint the dishwasher was not level and we came right out. On the second appointment the owner came out and the owner attempted to level the floor and dishwasher using shims, knowing that your floor was in very poor condition. Someone had replaced two layers of floor in front of the dishwasher, but never under it. The owner suggested to have a carpenter come out to repair the floor and he believed the repair should cost around $150. You called back a third time and told us to come out and install the dishwasher. We assumed the floor fixed was repaired. When our tech arrived you had purchased material for him to remove the dishwasher, fix the floor and re-install the dishwasher. The tech called the office and spoke to the owner, and the owner advised him to try and help the customer repair the floor. We are sorry you will not use Bennies Plumbing in the future, but will gladly be there if needed. We have been serving the community for over 25 years and customer is a top priority. You can clearly see there are two versions of this story.

Description of Work: We had two major jobs that they worked on for us over the course of about four weeks. | |-- Our backyard sewer line was crushed by roots and had collapsed. They dug down about fourteen feet or so trench and were able to fix our issue and it has been working perfectly since the job was completed. | |-- The second job was repairing some bad plumbing work that our previous contractor completed. They had to tear up the floors in our basement bathroom and kitchen, replace the poorly installed lines in both rooms and that lead them to discovering that our original waste line heading out from the house to the recently repaired sewer line was also cracked and leaking. Thankfully it was caught before causing even more of a problem. | |They also helped us with dealing with our insurance company and was able to help us recover a good portion of the cost for the second job. | |Both jobs were completed to our satisfaction and they were polite professional We were very happy with both jobs and were impressed with their thoroughness. Patrick, who ran our work crew, was very patient and willing to make sure that all the work was done correctly and on time.

Description of Work: Called the provider to give me an estimate for a sump pump discharge line problem I thought I had. Per discussions with Mike, he told me that the problem I thought I had was in fact the proper design and nothing needed to be fixed. This was after another plumber physcially came out to my home and gave me a 300-400 estimate to have it fixed!

it was scheduled for 10-2 pm. Called me that morning at 915a and said he would be there between 10-11. Arrived at 1015 am Job was completed by 1145a. He had a difficult time removing parts under the sink that were corroded otherwise he would have been done much sooner. I put up with a dripping faucet for years, don't know why I waited so long. My new faucet is very nice as the shutoff for the water is attached to the faucet.
Description of Work: replaced my kitchen faucet with a new one.

This was my first experience with the company. It was a straightforward job. The plumber completed it in a timely manner and fixed the problem. Following the job, he make certain to clean up the area.
Description of Work: My basement drain was backing up. The plumber unclogged the drain leading to the sewer. The job took about 1 hour.
