I was very satisfied with the work done. The crew arrived promptly, kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was complete.

Our experience with him was very good. We were very pleased. We would recommend him. He came when he was supposed to. He gave us an estimate before starting the work and he did a good job with that. He came in under his estimate. He was neat and cleaned up. We were very pleased with the price. We would definitely use his services in the future too.

George was very through in explaining what he felt we needed to do to improve the air circulation in the attic and gave me estimates to bring the insulation to R-49 or R-60. We decided to install the automatic power roof/attic fan along with the additional soffit vents as well as install the insulation to R-60. They came by the day before the installation to pick up paint and painted all of the new soffit vents so they would match the paint on the house. On the day of the installation they showed up on time, quickly got to work, were extremely tidy in their work and cleaned everything up when they were done. Excellent work and very pleased from start to finish.

They arrived on-time for estimate and work, competitive price, very professional, hard workers and make the effort to make the job right. Very satisfied. Would recommend then to anyone.

George is very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me and did not try to hard sell me on his services. He had me go in the attic and see the before and after. He does a very good quality job, is neat, and cleans up after himself. He was responsive in getting back to me on a quote and with setting an appointment. I felt that his prices were appropriate and were what I expected.

Really, really well. Showed up on time. Explained what they were doing & how it would improve our situation. Showed me all the work done on completion in the attic which was important to me since I just trusted the others & didn't inspect the work in the attic.

George and his wife installed the cellulose to R49 and did a great job on the venting. I have a hot water heating system so the air conditioning exchange is in the attic (with all the ductwork in the attic) I had some cellulose coming through one of the vents - George came right out to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

Very well. I called him and explained that F.H.A. inspectors required a mold inspection/remediation. George called my realtor as I had asked and he received the lock-box code - then went over to the house and performed an inspection free of charge ( the other inspectors I spoke with charged between 300 and 600 dollars just for an inspection) . He then performed the work necessary and for a very reasonable cost.

George and his wife Susan were very professional and great to work with. George went above and beyond for me. Besides the work completed above George fixed a few other problems we had. We had BAT problems in the attic. George walked the entire roof of the house and determined the problem and fixed my problem at no additional cost. George also caulked the flashing around the chimney. I would use Attic Pros again in the future.

They were timely and gave us a good education. Apparently whoever put in the canister lights in our ceiling didn?t put them in in a way that would latch properly. When they blew in the attic, it popped the lights out. I called George?s cell to tell him about it. He was on vacation in Hawaii and actually called me back while still on vacation to address my concern.

They were recommended by the roofing company I had used. They evaluated the work that needed to be done. They made some improvements to extend the life of the roof. The roofing company had told me that the previous roof had deteriorated because of improper ventilation in the attic and also because of a raccoon. So, I had the guys from George Zentz come out and do the work, in order to improve the ventilation as well as the remove the dead mold. They not only improved the insulation of my house, but also improved the life of my roof. I spent around $2000 on the work. I felt that it was a reasonable price for all the work done by them. As a result, my heating bills have gone down. They came out on time and did the work as quickly as they could. They also cleaned up after themselves. I?d certainly hire them again, if needed.

I had George come to give an estimate and after he spent time crawling through the attic and looked around the outside of the house, he came in the house to give me his estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his explanation of the current state of the attic and provided several options. I asked him several questions and he gladly answered them which made me understand that he was truly the expert in his field. I felt completely comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing. After accepting the estimate he gave me several dates for installation and one of the dates was the Sunday of Thanksgiving at 9:00 in the morning. He arrived on time and kept me completely involved throughout the process. It was him and one other person that did the work. After completing the work, they made sure to blow all of the areas outside where there was debris and cleaned up as though they had never been there. They were great!

The owner George and his crew were excellent. They answered all my questions and were pleasant to work with. One of the crew even examined my chimney while he was on the roof, which is not their job, and let me know there was an area that needed repair. Overall, it was a great experience working with them.

They were professional from start to finish. Their price was much lower than all other bids.

George came to my house a few weeks prior to the installation to explain my options in detail and gave me written estimates for each. I interviewed several others in my quest for the attic job selecting this company based upon the thoroughness of information and his willingness to answer all of my questions. His price was comparable to others but he offered the attic fan when others did not. He was also available for follow-up phone calls. The two man team arrived on the prearranged date and time, introduced themselves and began work immediately. They were efficient and friendly, working straight through the 6 hours that it took to do the job. They did a great job of cleaning up as well.

They arrived promptly when they said they would, 8 AM. They covered everything that needed to be covered to minimize dirt inside the house. They went about their business to finish the work without disturbance to me or my family. Eight hours (after all the work was done), everything was cleaned up. They were very professional.

Absolutely the best. Extremely clean and respective of property. I didn't have to clean up anything, and George and Susan worked hard for approx. 5 hours. George knows what he is doing and is really interested in doing things right which is so much more than can be said about a lot of services these days. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and accommodated my schedule (ended up doing the work on a Sunday!). I would recommend them to anybody, anytime and anywhere.

They were the best. All he was supposed to do was the insulation, but he noticed my outside light wasn't working and traced the problem all the way back to the outlet. He offered to fix it and never charged me. He did not fix it because I couldn't be home on the day he could fix it.

Our existing attic insulation in our 20-year-old home was inadequate and our house was always cold and drafty. George's crew added R60 insulation to our entire attic. He inspected for mold. They added additional soffit vents and an attic fan to keep the attic at the proper temperature and humidity level. They worked in conjunction with our roofers to make sure that the entire job got done with no duplicate effort. We've noticed a huge improvement in the comfort level of our home.
