Description of Work: They got rid of black mold caused by a bad siding job we had done years ago. They installed a solar attic fan. Fented our eve's. Insulated the attic. They were extremely professional and were fantastic with clean up. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I live in an historic home & Attic pros were wonderful. They installed attic vents, soffit vents, cleared old insulation away from rafters and added appropriate amount of insulation to my attic. This is the second time I've used George and his crew. The first time was at the house I sold last fall (they did mold remediation, installed vents & insulation) and would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: George installed 2 bathroom exhaust fans. He cut out new hole through drywall and vented them through our roof. He has installed an attic fan before for us and we would trust no one else to be cutting in our roof. He and his wife are exceptional at keeping things neat and always being on time and professional and always a job well done. Would go with them always! l

Description of Work: Late August George came out and gave us an estimate to insulate our 1950's home, and garage that we built within the last 10 years. George was prompt and responsive, showing a lot of patience in explaining each problem area that was found. He gave clear advice about how he would proceed to solve each issue. His company installed extra soffit vents for circulation, and added a thermostat and humidistat controlled attic fan. They removed the mold, (we were unaware existed) and sprayed the area with an anti-microbial mold inhibitor. In addition energy shields were installed for each attic access, and R60 blown-in insulation, His work-crew arrived on schedule, and fully prepared with all materials and immediately began working. During the work, we expected a lot of dust or dirt to enter the living area, but his crew even installed a temporary exhaust fan in the attic to vent the dust during the process. The crew completed the work on-time, and for the originally agreed price. They fully cleaned up after completion above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have insulation work done; and recently did recommend a neighbor... who as well... was extremely pleased with their work! Overall, we would rate this company AAA+. In talking with many other contractors... most of them found some... but not all of the problems that existed; as Attic Insulation and Ventilation Pro's did. To say the lease, we are ecstatic and thrilled with this company!! Thank you!

Description of Work: They added cellulose insulation to the attic bringing it up to code. Also added 12 soffit vents (which we were told by another company that they could not do) and put in 36 baffles. They were a little late as the previous job took longer to do than they anticipated but called to let us know that they were running behind. Did a great job and cleaned up after. Would definitely call them again. George is very knowledgeable and did a very thorough inspection of the attic. Price was better than other contractors.
