I signed the contract in December and they didn't start until May, but after seeing all that they had to do to put in the well, I fully understand why. The weather did not cooperate until then, and they always put the person first, who is without any water at all. This is a highly professional company. They do what needs to be done to do the job correctly. Both father and son are more experienced at their jobs than most. The time they took to explain why they did what they did, really showed their level of care and training they put into the job they did. They were careful to find out what I wanted my well to be able to do, so they could come up with a well that would meet my needs, and that's what I got. If you have a well company come in and tell you how deep your well will be before they even start drilling, walk away. They knew that good water was a priority with me, and they kept checking the sand as they drilled, until they had what they were looking for. I would hire this company again in a heart beat! Wonderful people, wonderful, professional job!
Description of Work: Drilled well, checking sand for best water source, put down 4 inch well and submersible pump, underground 50 gallon tank, drilled 65 feet under the house to the electric hook-up point, and the water hook-up point, had an electrician do the electrical hook-up and put in a new breaker for the pump alone, installed the inside plumbing and completed the hook-up. Move the left-over sand to my driveway and smoothed it out, cleaned up (even mopped the inside floor!) Contacted Health Dept. to have well tested. Did a wonderful job of explaining why to do things the way they did them, and explained what they were doing and why. I feel as though I can explain the process, and why it was done the way it was. That was important to me.

Very well. They made recommendation for improved functions of the well pump and overall service to the house. Water pressure was improved and tank noise was decreased along with decreasing the frequency of activating the pump by recommending a larger capacity expansion tank. They know their business and do not use inferior materials or products.
Description of Work: Install well expansion tank ,replaced in house plumbing, and replaced switch

THEY WERE HELPFUL AND HONEST. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY GOT HERE RIGHT AWAY. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GUY THAT CAME OUT, BUT HE WAS LITTLE ROUGH LOOKING. THAT'S WHAT YOU GET WITH CONSTRUCTION WORKERS THOUGH.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A SEAL IN THE WELL.
