+ -1 moreI was told that as a Veteran that my replacement furnace was going to be completely covered by DTE in a program to help those who have served our country. This was not good enough for Assured who insisted on trying to gouge me and the County of Muskegon for extra money in the form of an unnecessary deposit. They even refused to work with the County VA office to clear up the situation. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using Assured to find other places to do your work.
