MICHIGAN'S PREFERRED PLUMBING

First calls were fine as they were trying to find the source of the leak, but we became increasingly frustrated with their inability to find and fix the problem. In desperation, we decided to replace the entire shower, a high-cost solution. However, they did not follow up on repeated calls for them to quote us a replacement for the shower, and we finally had to call another company. Once that company tore out the entire shower, the source of the problem (cold water stem) was found, and we discovered that Preferred had replace the other, non-leaking hot water stem. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Dave had to take apart then put together a shower head. he was very professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and actually had the part needed to make the repair with him. He put on booties when entering my home and cleaned up well when he was finished. He was a very nice man and I would recommend him to others.

This company is great. I have used them before. These plumbers are very professional and clean. I have no complaints at all. They also came right on time and explained everything to us.

Dave opened up the ceiling and found that the pipe had been dripping for some time behind the wall, and that it was black water, commonly known as sewage! After he fixed the leaking pipe, he called a company named Modernistic Water Restoration for me, and they came right out and and fixed the contaminated area.

I GOT THIS COMPANY'S NAME FROM THE YELLOW PAGES AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT BECAUSE IT INCLUDES THE SERVICE CALL. THEY PUT LITTLE BOOTIES ON WHEN THEY CAME IN. THEY DID NOT TRACK UP THE PLACE (AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS).
