Description of Work: Morrow put a complete roof on my flat-roofed house in 1999. It was guaranteed for 12 years. I now have them make an annual maintenance inspection and touch-up visit every spring. Over the years they have been extremely responsive to emergencies such as ice dams and even though it isn't perfect, this is the best roof we've had on the house since my parents bought it in 1965. Flat roofs are very hard to install and maintain. I am planning to use Morrow for a complete re-roofing this summer.

Description of Work: Ken was very responsive and helpful as we talked through the specs of a flat roof. His quote was spot on to what I expected, and I regret that the other components of our roof made our whole project too expensive. I would have been very happy to work with Ken and Morrow Roofing.
