Description of Work: My Toll Brother's home was expertly repaired following an extensive flood that resulted from a bathroom plumbing connection that leaked, allowing water to escape the top floor bathroom, run over on to the wood flooring into the bedroom, into the 20 x 30’ Conservatory dripping through the ceiling light fixtures, and down the walls to ruin also the drywall and wood flooring and then continue to the basement. After removing all the damaged material down to the “bare bones", he completely restored everything back to its original pristine condition in a timely fashion. This of course included all new flooring, dry wall, trim and painting. You couldn’t tell when he finished that there was ever a $25,000 flood. Other projects included finishing off a small portion of my basement for us, replaced and installed additional exhaust fans, garbage disposal, and toilet tank contents that were damaged by using additives, as well as trim repairs outside the house.

+ 5 moreBoth he and I had hard deadlines, and he came through with recommendations for flooring and installation of it right on schedule. The quality of the materials, of the installation (and carpet removal), and of all communication was excellent. I will contact Envision for future work.
Description of Work: Removed carpeting from the second floor, acquired and installed wood flooring throughout.
