I had our roof repaired after a wind storm flipped up a few shingles and tossed another one into my neighbor's yard. I was able to set up an appointment within 24 hours. The roofer called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The damage was on the second story of my house and he promptly set up a ladder, surveyed the area and was done with the job within the hour. He also inspected the rest of the roof for any additional damage. Luckily there was none. The bill was reasonable and I would certainly call this company back if needed.

Roofer actually damaged shingles in attempt to repair a small nail pop leak. This made it worse. He caulked over several shingles that should have been replaced. The caulk was ineffective and ruined the appearance of the roof. When I called to ask that they fix it properly they never did.

Matt did a fine job. Climbing on a two story roof during winter isn't my definition of fun but he did so in not the best weather.

We had a roof leak in multiple places. Matt came out on the coldest day of the year do give an estimate and wasnt fazed. He was very nice and friendly. after hiring he came out on time completed the work, everything looked profesional. Soon after, it snowed heavily and one spot started leaking again. Matt came right out even though he had other jobs, because we were customers and we took priority. He stopped the leak again and explained it was caused by an ice dam, which will require more significant changes. We are now developing a plan to fix that for good.

Matt was very helpful and quick to respond... He addressed the issue as a short-term fix within 1/2 day and came back to finish the job the next day. He did a thorough follow-up 2 days later as well...
