Excellent response to our repair need and speedy service

Gary (the owner) called immediately after I contacted Home Advisor and sent one of his lead roofers over to look the roof over. Upon meeting Matt, the lead roofer, I could tell (1) He knew his profession, (2) he took pride in his work and (3) he wasn't going to give me a B.S. Song and dance sales spiel. When he arrived for work, my expectations proved true. Matt work hard and did a thorough repair job on my roof. We couldn't be happier. When I asked if the cost was still within the original quote, he told me he stands behind his quotes (I am pretty sure he spent more time than he had originally expected -- but he did not cut corners). And one of the last things he said to me before leaving, "If you have any problems, you have my personal number, call me and I'll make it right." You don't hear that much anymore. I would hire Tri-county Roofers again and highly recommend them to anyone with roof problems.

The work was done in a timely manner. However the shingle replaced was not the same color.

Matt was the repair man. Customer service was great. He explained everything, He was honest, Gave me a good sound estimate so I knew how much the repair would cost. He didn't keep me gussing, (Very Important)... The work was done well and in a timely manner.

Matt was our repair guy. We needed a repair done to the siding where the roof ended and inbetween the gutter. All of it was redone and repaired. We had some of the shingles repaired also. Quality was good. Customer service was great. We were very satisfied. Price was kept low enough: otherwise I would have looked somewhere else. :)

We had small roof/attic repair - called us back right away, scheduled a fast inspection and diagnosis. Scheduled the job and completed within a week. Problem solved and a reasonable price.

Gary came out to repair a water leak in my office. He fixed it and then we got another heavy rain and it was still leaking. He came out the second time and did more repairs and gave me his check, If I fixed the leak send me the check. Well I no more water leaks and I would highly recommend them.

This was the best experience I have had with a contractor, Gary, from Tri-County Roofers was honest, thorough, prompt and the new roof was completed on time and on budget. If I had another roof I would bring Gray and his crew back in a fast minute.
