Got a call back shortly after I put in a request on this site. Appointment was made and Matt came out on time. He spent a great amount of time on the roof, in my house, in the attic, then back on the roof, I thought that he was extremely thorough. He told me that he found the source of the leak, and I hired him. Others had simply told me that I needed a new roof. He was back the next day and took great care in getting the repair done. The proof will be when we have a heavy rain, but I am pretty confident in his work.

Excellent experience! Office staff was very professional and courteous. The roofing professional, Matt, was just outstanding. He reviewed the areas I was concerned with but also inspected and made minor repairs across the entire roof with no change in quoted price. He took the time to explain what he was going to do to repair my major issue, plus gave me an assessment of my entire roof. Very personable and professional also. I would recommend them if someone asked, would use them again myself, and consider using them to replace my entire roof when the time comes.

showed up timely kept his promise, did not charge an arm and a leg also did some extra more than what was quoted, was of course paid a little extra for extra work as we don't want something for free. Over all it was a nice experience doing business with Tri-County Roofing
