Completed the job but had issues with leaks; they did come back and repaired. Still had issues with leaks came back and repaired again. Appears leak is fixed, will know this winter. Still have issues with gap shingles to flashing - birds getting underneath. Called and scheduled multiple times but have not shown up. Texted them - no response.

Came on time, polite, explained what would be done.

We were very pleased with this company. We had a roof leak that was causing damage in the house. They came as it was getting dark and did the repair because there was another storm coming. Wonderful service.

They were quick and courteous. The job was done the same day I called.

I hired Tri County and Matt came out and was very thorough and did a good job for me. Very nice guy who did all the work that was necessary. Took time to take and email photos of the problem areas. I will keep an eye on my garage ceiling to check the next time it rains to verify but I am very happy and he was very professional. I recommend this company!

Never showed up after 2 phone calls, don't hire

After call to Tri-County, Gary came out the next day to assess needed repair. Matt showed up a few days later to do repair work. Cannot fairly rate work quality until it rains, and we know roof no longer leaks. So far, we are very pleased with Tri-County.

Matt was courteous, conscientious and took pride in his work. and the price was quite reasonable. After the first project was completed, I hired Matt to do another repair and, once again, I was completely satisfied.

Initial repair was unsuccessful. Matt responded right away and came the next day to complete the repair. Roof leak is now fixed! Pricing was very reasonable for repair and additional installation request. I would recommend this company based on quick initial response and outstanding follow up customer service.
