It was very good. They came right out. They didn't have to call but they called me. They found the house for just a minute. It only took an hour for them to finish the job.

Of course, as soon as the gentleman - Dell - showed up, the leak stopped. He was honest about the options and cost. The repair was very quick and Dell cleaned up the area perfectly. He is quite professional and congenial, and if I need more work done, he is my first choice.

Work was accomplished timely with no mess left. Very professional and the price was reasonable. Honest summary of the water heater was provided with an estimate for future needs. Overall, I was very pleased and will use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

I call D C Dedicated plumbing on Nov 22 2017 about a leak that had developed under my kitchen sink, that I had no ideal was there until I saw the water puddle in my basement and water dripping down the wall, the wood inside my kitchen cabinet was ruined, and with Thanksgiving the nex day I had to get this leak repaired, I found D C Dedicated plumbing on Angie’s list, and called Del-Ray (owner) , he was able to diagnose and repair the problem within 2 hrs after making my initial call, he explained to my wife every detail on what new parts he was using and the reason the old parts failed, after the job was done he cleaned up the area . I will definitely hire Del-Ray and D C Dedicated plumbing again, very professional and knowledgeable.

He did a good job. He came by and did the work. He had to come back by a second time, but he did good work and I will be using him again. I bought a coupon for three years, so he can just come by to do the work without just paying to just come by. He did a very good job, so I appreciate that. The $49 was for the 3-year contract that I purchased from Angie’s List, so when he comes he won’t charge me for just coming to look at things. I have to pay for the work which will actually cost more money than that. I actually paid more money than that, I paid about $300. I know my thing in my bathroom he had to order a part and that cost money. It was something that I needed, I didn’t want the thing to leak forever. He came, he was patient and friendly. As soon as the part came in he came back and put the part in and stuff like that, because the part wasn’t in the store. He did the job efficiently and I got a one-year warranty. It took a little time for him to come back. I guess it was a good price, it’s hard for me to tell about that.

After I accepted the estimate (on a Friday), I was told the installation (including a self-closing seat) would be installed the following Monday. The rep arrived at approximately 3:30 on the Monday and completed the installation by approximately 5:30 in a very professional manner.
