We live in a manufactured home. We were having a terrible time with our French doors (installed by another company). The French doors installed were the wrong size for our home, resulting in leaking and rotting of wood (we had to have a foot of flooring inside the French doors replaced. Plus it had destabilized our roof line because they had removed part of the header to get the doors in. Also, our back door was leaking and needed to be replaced. The All-Weather Seal representative came to our home. The sales pitch was not aggressive at all. He told us up front that their doors were not the cheapest on the market, nor were they the most expensive. He then gave a very good presentation showing us how the doors were constructed. He showed us the reasons for the problem we were having with the French doors (i.e. missing header). Both of the doors had to be custom built to fit our home, plus additional effort was required to fix the header and flooring (which is why it cost as much as it did). The crew showed up when they said they would. They were very professional. After they left, we had difficulty with the back door closing. We called them about it the next day (Friday). A crew came out that Sunday and fixed the door. They didn't leave until we were satisfied. The following Wednesday, a representative came out to our home, checked the work and made sure we were happy with the work. We are very happy with the product and the service and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

In April of 2014, my wife and I decided to put a new roof on our home. We built our home in 1971 and had reroofed in late 1990's. We started looking around at what was available (materials, companies, contractors). We decided we liked the idea of the metal roofs, but didn't really like the looks of them. We had one contractor contacted, and he said it would be August before he could get to it and we told him that would be fine. August came and he said it would be September. We didn't hear from him again. In November someone from All-Weather Seal came by and ask us about reroofing our home and we told him yes we would be interested. He said he would have a representative contact us. The next day a representative called and made a appointment with us the next day. When he came he explained what they would do, and showed us some smaples of there product line. We liked what he showed us in a metal roof but it didn't look like what we had seen before, it looked like a regular roof but withe a 50 year warranty that could trasfered to the next owner. (Good selling point). He then measured our home and gave us a price we liked. One of the things I liked most about All-Weather Seal was the fact they don't have other people do their installations, they have their own people do it. Everyone at All-Weather Seal from the representative that came to our house, to the crew that installed our new roof, to the office people we tallked withe on the phone, were trully professional in every way. The best thing that ever happened to us was that our original contractor never showed up. Our neigbors cann't belive it's a metal roof. Every thing abut it looks amazzing. Our home was built for us in 1971,and over the years had lots of wear and tear on it. We contacted All Weather Seal and a representitive of the company contacted us by phone and set up a date to meet with us at our home. When he came he was very pleasent and Answered all questions we had measured our house and gave us a price on what it would cost. We agreed on a price and contracted on a date and time to have it done. All went well and the job was completed in a timely maner. The installers were all very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up daily when they were done. In all All weather Seal was a great company to deal with. Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and really did a wonderful job. All of our neighbors have told us it really looks great and my wife and I agree. They did an outstanding job right from the get-go. The company rep who came to my home to tell me about the company and why their window, door, and roofing products were considered superior was polite and thorough, making sure I understood all of my options. For my first contract with them I chose the top of the line sliding glass door for the insulation factor and appearance--the outside is bronze vinyl, the inside is oak-grain. I received a message giving me the installation date but I had to be out of town then. Although it took several calls to work out a new installation date, All-Weather Seal worked with me to make sure the work was completed before the cold weather set in. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and really conscientious. They covered my entire wood floor to protect it from scratches. When they were finished they picked up everything, both inside & out, and swept their way out of my house. I received a call from a company rep a few days later asking if I had any questions or problems. The whole experience was positive. Now, a year later, I am still very pleased. The insulation factor (it's roughly equivalent to an R-10 wall insulation) has made a big difference, and I like the way the oak-grain interior matches the trim that was already in my house. I have already recommended All-Weather Seal to family & friends, and I will go back to them in the next year or two for three replacement windows.

The work was done on time and in a very professional manner. The carpet was vacuumed when finished and the entire frame was put in in such a way that the door was perfectly adjusted to the opening from which the old door was removed. Also the new door was foam insulated into the opening. This is a great improvement in that it stops all cold air from coming in around the door frame. The installers were very friendly and answered any and all of my questions in a way that one could understand what they were telling me. I was impressed in that they even cleaned up outside the area and made sure that all of the old material was hauled away.

We contracted with All-Weather Seal to replace the 21 year-old roof on our home. We decided to go with the All-Weather Seal product for the following reasons. We chose metal because of its durability and reliability. The All-Weather Seal product uses panels that looked like shingles so that the traditional look of our home was maintained, and further, the panels have stone granules glued to the steel. The stone continued the shingle appearance and provided the snow retention capability that smooth steel roofing does not provide. We did not want snow sliding off our roof onto the path to the front door and potentially onto people using the path. It took about 6 weeks from the time we signed the contract with All-Weather Seal to installation of the roof. This was almost exactly the estimate that was given when we signed. Installation included removal of the previous asphalt shingle roof and installation of Ice and Snow Seal over the entire roof. We were not home when the crew arrived to commence work. Concurrent with the roof replacement we were having some ice dam damage repaired in the interior of the house, and we chose to vacate the premises rather than put up with wood floor refinishing while we occupied the house. I spoke to the crew chief several times via phone during the installation to resolve an issue with the gutter helmet on our rain gutters. As it turned out our gutter helmet was not compatible with the steel roofing system and All-Weather Seal recommended a different product which they obtained and installed. Cost was kept withing the original estimate. We returned home after all the work was done-both inside and on the roof. We were very pleased with the end result. The appearance was just what we wanted-all the advantages of steel roofing while maintaining the traditional look of the house. We did find several issues that needed attention; bright flashing around the vent pipes from our furnace were not covered with the stone granules, a short length of drip edge was left off, and holes were left in the siding where the previous drip edge was removed. We reported these to All-Weather Seal and they were all taken care of quickly. All-Weather Seal did an excellent job of cleaning up around the house. No debris was left on the property. Steel roofing is very expensive. All-Weather Seal was competitive with their pricing and hopefully we (and the next family to own this home) won't have to worry about the roof. We are very pleased with the appearance of the roofing. Performance so far has been excellent as has All-Weather Seals customer service. They have lived up to every promise they made during their sales pitch and with regard to the gutter helmet replacement have even gone beyond.

We found out about them at the Grand Rapids Home show and set up an appointment. The salesperson was very good at explaining the details of the steel roof and what type of workmanship to expect for our money. The materials were dropped off on a Monday. The installation followed on the next 2 days. All of the crew were very professional and polite. They answered any questions that we had as the job progressed. They cleaned up the area very well before leaving and were also careful around the plants so as not to damage them. We've had several positive comments about how good the new roof looks. Even though it's a steel roof, it looks very much like a typical asphalt shingle roof. In case you're wondering, it's not any more noisy in a rainstorm than a regular roof. I can't tell the difference. We'd definitely recommend them!

Work was done promptly done in less than a day

Met an All Weather Seal representative at the 2014 Home & Garden Show - I setup an appointment to get an estimate for later the following week. I should have known the process wasn't going to be as smooth as I wanted when the sales rep was trying to flip through an entire magazine of information despite my obvious queues and statements that I wanted to move on to other booths. I mean, wasn't the in-home estimate going to be a better time for a deep dive into all the accolades they had received? It was a difficult conversation to get out of to say the least. Fast forward a couple days, they call to confirm my appointment in addition to emailing me a confirmation. Great - very thorough, I was happy to have them confirm out of respect for my time and theirs. This is where it goes down hill. The rep wanted to make sure my wife was going to be present for the estimate. To me, this translates into we want to do a hard sales pitch. I told them she wouldn't be and he insisted that we reschedule for a time that she could join us. I pushed back a bit and got no where, his excuse was that I was going to be mad if she wasn't there because "all the numbers would change after she changed her mind about colors later". Sexist comments aside, we're all adults here. This isn't rocket science - we know the colors we're looking for and I can communicate that just as well as my wife would be able. I want someone to come to my house, measure windows, give me a quote, and exit gracefully. I will gladly entertain a short sales pitch / demo, and rest assured, I will ask pertinent questions until I am satisfied that I have enough information to make an educated decision. And, I understand that if I ask for a quote for a white window I don't have much room to be upset when you change your quote because I change my mind and want to go with a brown window. If you don't have time for nonsense like this you might be better served checking elsewhere. *** She was in fact going to be home, but we have a 3 month old baby and one of us was going to be 90% consumed taking care of him. We divide and conquer tasks separately as needed, and in this instance gathering quotes for windows was my task. Sorry, your sales pitch wasn't a higher priority for both of us. And I get it, I understand why it would be helpful to have both people present, but you have to accept that it isn't possible in all cases.

The house we had purchased which was 6 years old had low quality siding installed and it was not wrapped. We had a lot of wasp issues and knew the vinyl siding on it was cheap. We compared 4 or 5 different types of siding from various vinyl, fiberglass, fiber cement and even brick. Due to the quality of ClimaShield and the additional insulating properties that came along with it, we decided to have All Weather Seal come out and quote along with several other contractors for brick and fiberglass. We determined that based on price, transferable lifetime warranty and Scott's ability to get us additional incentives and attractive financing, we were going with All Weather Seal. They scheduled the job and within several weeks the product was delivered. Approximately a week later, the crew showed up and went to work. They stayed at it until the entire job was finished, cleaned up when they were done and inspected the house with us upon completion to be sure we were satisfied. Since then we have needed a couple of repairs for some minor damages we've caused. I've sent an email regarding the matter and All Weather Seal has communicated very effectively and fixed the issue without any prompting. That kind of service is very rare in today's world. We have seen our electric and heating bills decline month over month both in winter and summer. It has made a difference in the feel of the house inside and beautiful on the outside. We had our house reappraised for refinance and it appraised $25k higher due to the improvements we made in siding and insulation. I would recommend the product and company to anyone.

All windows were measured individually to be sure that they fit the openings properly. Windows were ordered and manufactured by the company and ready for installation in a timely manner. We opted for the double paned windows over the triple pane due to the cost factor of replacing 20 windows at one time. The workers are employees of All Weather Seal and not sub-contracted out. They arrived at their scheduled time. They were pleasant and unobtrusive as they worked steadily through the day. We were amazed at how speedily they accomplished their task. Most of the work was done from the outside. Time spent inside was minimal. All 20 windows were removed and the new ones installed on the first day. On the second day, all windows were sealed and the outside frames wrapped. The clean-up was through. Everything was accomplished in only 2 days. Upon completion of the work, a company inspector came over to see that everything had been done properly and to be sure that we were pleased with the work. We have noticed a difference in lack of drafts over this very cold winter and heat bills have gone down. We are totally satisfied with our new windows and they look great. The product is guaranteed for the entire time that we own the house and extends to the lifetime of the next owner which should be a plus on resale value of house.

1st meeting - salesman, Nick came out, explained their product, and even gave us a demo of how bad our existing windows were. 2nd meeting - Pre install visit, remeasured to confirm sizes needed. 3rd meeting - Installation Crew showed up on the coldest day of the year. Shoveled a path thru the snow around the entire house. Removed old windows, insulated, installed new windows, wrapped existing wood trim with vinyl. Cleaned up, vacuumed, washed the windows, tested. They rocked! They had a great system and knew exactly what to do. 4th meeting - Inspector after installation And finally, a follow up to see if we were satisfied. Great Company from the first visit thru the last. Would highly recommend!!

We did not end up doing business with them. If you like their product, you can get the same thing at Alside windows for less than 1/2 the price they quote.

The main reason that I wanted to leave this review was simply to say that the man who came to our house was great. Answered all of our questions, many of which didn't even pertain directly to the job being quoted. He was very knowledgeable and more than willing to spend the time necessary to have all of our questions and concerns addressed, even AFTER it was becoming clear we might not end up going with them. I was VERY impressed and would certainly consider using this company for future projects. I have no question that the work that would have been performed would have been top notch.

Estimator showed up as scheduled. Price was agreed upon and work scheduled. Installers aririved on time. They worked hard all day long and job was completed in one day. I am very satisfied with the product and work performed.

Work was completed about 2 weeks earlier than what we were told to expect. Workmen arrived promptly every day and worked all day with only a short break for lunch, which they ate in their truck. They were friendly and professional. It was more expensive than other siding companies, but it was worth it because of the quality of the product and the workmanship and also because we didn't have to choose siding from a supplier and then find a company to do the work--siding and installation were provided by the same company. After the work was completed, some of the trim started coming loose, but we called the company, and the problem was fixed to our satisfaction within a week.

The installation took 2 days and it looks real good. We were very happy with the workers and the quality of the materials, installation and the clean up.

Although they do not do only gutters, Ben responded to our request within 24 hours. The staff was very professional and helpful and we will contact them for future needs.

The roof was put on in at the scheduled time. 5 workers showed up and it took 5 hours to complete the roof. Very professionally done. Couple of days later another crew installed the seamless gutters and downspouts. Two days later another crew completed the insulation in the attic. The entire job was well worth the price I paid for the job. I would certainly recommend this company for professional work.

We had a very good experience with All-Weather Seal of West Michigan. The people we dealt with were friendly, knowledgable, and professional; from the salesman and workers, to the office employees we talked to on the phone. They finished the work on time. The workers let us know their progress each day. They left our property neat during the work and clean as they left. The roof looks great. We are very happy with their service and would hire them again.

The sales man was very thorough, he did not pressure us at all. We gave 50% down, someone called us the next day to thank us, they told us someone would be out in a week for measurements. Indeed, they came out in a week and measured the windows, stated roughly when the windows would be in and the time frame when they would install the windows, Actually they came earlier then expected, they installed the windows in 3-4 hrs, sent someone out the following day to inspect the work, and added a few finishing touches. They are a very reliable and professional company. As a matter of fact, I plan on using them again for more windows before the snow flies!
