They did follow up visits to ensure we were satisfied. The windows are everything we wanted. They are guaranteed for life even if we sell they guarantee the new home owner! They also do doors and metal roofs. They WILL be replacing doors for me next when I'm ready. I've had people stop and ask about the windows . I recommend them to everyone. My rooms are not drafty anymore!

They showed up on time and insisted on doing the job correctly even though they ran into a few bumps with my house being almost 100 years old.

They did great. The window looks good, works good and we are happy. They cleaned up well and were careful. The salesman was friendly and helpful. The installers had attention to detail and didn't just slap it in and go. We would recommend them.

The price might be justified if you want the best of everything. The salesman was a good guy and was thorough, but when it came time to go over the numbers, the salesman vibe came out strong.

We only decided to get windows put in on the first floor (about 1/2 the windows in our house) because the cost was more than we originally planned on paying; however, we decided that the quality of the windows and the warranty made the additional cost worth it. Our salesman was great, answering our questions even after we signed up for the 8 windows on the first floor. Our install team was great! We had a snowstorm the night before they were supposed to come out to install, they assured me it wouldn't be an issue, and even helped clear my driveway. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, and with care for my house! They had run out of caps for the screw holes in the widows and even came back (when I was sure they would forget about us) and put them in. We will definitely be calling them when we're ready to replace the windows in the 2nd story & our front door! The windows were a little pricey, but we definitely got above and beyond service.

The original sliding glass door was most likely from when the house was built(1970). The installer showed up in a timely manner, was friendly, and was quick and efficient. After installation of the door, the room was much warmer. The door and the window are beautiful and my house has never looked better.

We feel he didn't consider our business worth his time or courtesy. We're giving someone else our money!

It went smoothly they were timely. Cleaned up after themselves.

All Weather seal will setup a time to come out to your house to give a demonstration of there product. They were very professional in explaining what makes there product far more superior than what is on the market . They will demonstrate and show you how there windows will out perform competition with there test equipment and then in turn show you what the performance of your current windows are doing for you. Plan at least 2 hours to go over everything and be prepared that they are looking to make a deal right then and there by offering incentives that night. If you choose to take them that is your choice. After showing there product and coming to terms on a price we did decide to move forward with having them do the work. They came back to ensure all measurements were accurate and within 3 or 4 weeks we received the call to have them come out install. I suggest if you plan on doing this to have someone lined up to stay at your house or plan on taking vacation time because it can take up to two days for them to complete it. The installers showed up to the door very professional and began working right away. They explained what they were doing at the time and were very polite as they worked through the day. After the first day I did notice an issue with one of the windows. After I brought it to there attention they corrected it right then and now. After installation was complete they recommended to do the foam insulation around each one of my windows from the inside since the original builder did not even come close to meeting code. They offered to do the work, but it would come with additional cost in which I declined and move forward with the project using there recommendations. I was very pleased with there service and work that they performed. The installers clleaned up after themselves on the last day.leaving no trace left behind. Bottom Line: If you plan on staying in your house for a period of time and need new windows these are the people to go with. I have propane at my house and have already noticed a difference in how much less my furnace runs even during these colder months. Following there advice and doing the foam insulation from the inside around the windows has stopped the cold leaky drafts my family has been fighting over the past few years. I'm saving Money on my heating and looking forward to seeing how much I will save in the summer months. When the outdoor temp was 48 degrees my house with the furnace off I maintained 62 degrees from the period 7a.m. till almost 6:30pm before the temp started dropping. That there was most impressive considering the weather conditions of the day. The product in which they sell is pricey but the quality is there. Don't make the mistake I did and pay a big box store to replace your windows. I did it once after 3 years was unhappy with my purchase and the so called manufacture did not back there product up. All Weather Seal is Guaranteed for Life backing there product and the installation and there installers work as well. Any issues you call them there installers come out to fix it. They do not sub contract there installers which makes it just a little more comforting knowing they will be around.

On time and worked in a timely manner. The installation crew that did my work, Tony and Scott, are true craftsmen, pleasant and professionl. Removed OLD Single pane wooden windows. Replaced with Double pane vinyl windows. We have had high winds since the new Windows were installed and I didn't feel the drafts as I did before.

They were quality windows and good service.

The installers got the old windows out and made quick progress in installing the new windows. They were done in a reasonable amount of time. I love how the windows turned out. The house stays cooler during this summer. The electric bill is 20% less than last summer. I am looking forward to finding out how much I will be able to save on my winter gas bill.

Installation went very well. Quality product. Professional, helpful staff at all levels of sales and service .They worked very quickly and left our home clean. We will use them again for any future window replacements and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality products and service.

Excellent. The workers worked in 10-degree weather - outside - to install my beautiful sliding glass door.

We used this company to install windows in another part of the house a couple years ago and had absolutely no complaints from the first set of windows. The first set worked great, the installers were personable, cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job. We didn't even look at another company when we needed new windows in the rest of the house. Our sales representative was helpful with recommendation for some of the larger windows in the house, but it turned out, not as knowledgeable of the products as we could have wanted. The windows arrived in a timely manner. The installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. We had decided on wood-look windows with wood-look wrapped framing. This material didn't seem to fit as snug to the wall as the plain wood framing that was installed a couple years ago. It's not a big deal and most people would not notice the gap unless you look at the window from the side. I can live with it, but was expecting the perfect fit we got with the previous windows. The sales rep had told us the garden window only came in a white finish. In reality, the top and sides that hold the glass panes are white, but the base and the edging where the window is secured into the wall is unfinished wood. This wood was marred by unsightly fasteners during installation. A skilled technician came out after the installation to cover the fasteners with thin sheets of clean wood, but finishing the wood was left to us. It would have been nice to know this before we ordered the window. We had ordered triple panes for all the windows. After installation, we discovered that the largest window was actually a double pane. When we questioned this, we were told the window was too large to make a triple pane. But yet we were charged for triple pane? Anyway, it took several phone calls and nearly 2 months before the difference was refunded. I wonder if we would have been refunded at all if we had not noticed the difference. The new windows did not work as well as the ones installed a couple years ago - a slight problem with the interlocking tracks. At installation, we were told this was due to how they were shipped from the manufacturer and that we should not open the windows for several months- not a problem since they were installed in the winter. Later we were told that we should open and close them frequently, just use a bit of muscle to get the tracks to interlock properly. In any case, they are covered by a warranty if they should fail. So far, they seem to be working easier or we are just getting used to putting some muscle into closing the windows.

It went very well. We love our new window!!!! The men who put our windows in were very friendly and clean, using tarps to keep the dirt off of my carpets. These were very hard working men who did their job and gave us wonderful service.

From first contact to installation and after, this company was professional, knowledgeable and timely. Because we have a need for custom windows and we didn't want to use credit, they worked with us on a plan over the next 2 years with a promise to honor their original price quoted for the first installation no matter what the market does. The guarantee however was what really sold us. Not only is it lifetime but, when we eventually sell our house, it is transferable to the next owners. A great selling point.

The sales rep made a two-hour plus presentation about the company and the product. When he finally got down to providing a price, he quickly followed up by offering an 18 percent discount if we signed the contract on the spot. I asked if the discounted price would be honored if we were to decide in two weeks. He was adamant that it would not be, citing company policy and even the Patriot Act (!!!! I didn't ask). Only after some questioning on our part did he mention a lower-priced product. When we asked why the company would even sell this lower-priced product, since it lacked some of the highly touted features of the first one that he had demonstrated, he explained that it was for people who just "didn't get it." In other words, those who failed to absorb all of the "education" provided in the previous two hours. A few days later, the owner of the company called to "get some feedback." When I explained that I didn't appreciate the buy-today-or-the-discount-goes-away sales tactic and that I disrespected companies that used it, he started to launch into a justification for the approach. After I stated that I was not interested in a discussion but was only providing the feedback he had requested, the called ended quickly. I don't care how long a company has been in business or the ratings it receives from Angie's List or the BBB. I still firmly believe that an offering an 18 percent "today only" discount is an unprofessional way to do business. If you have a different perspective, by all means contact this company. It offers a high quality product that is quite expensive. But be ready to sign on the day you receive the estimate if you wish to receive a discount.

I would highly recommend All Weather Seal. They were very friendly and did a wonderful job. It was FREEZING and they installed all the windows in 2 days. I love my new windows! They look amazing and are keeping me warm! Many thanks to All Weather Seal.

The job went very well considering the cold weather; I would have been heartily agreeable to have waited until warmer weather. However, Keith seemed to thrive in the cold and preformed a very high quality installation. I highly respect Keith and his work ethic. His crew was careful with the property to which no damage is noted. The cost was more than I ever expected to spend. Yet the warranty does add to the product. Especially being transferable to the next owner as a "life-time" warrant. The arrangements for the dumpster were timely and the contractor retrieved it at my convenience; he waited until the ground was frozen in order not to cut up the lawn.

Met at home show. We need a roof so made an appointment. They insisted we both be home for the appointment. My husband is retired but I work from home so carved out some time to meet. The salesman was on time at 2 PM. After the first hour of talk, I excused myself and let my husband deal with him. Another four hours and he finally provided an estimate and left. It was 7PM. We may actually have considered a metal roof for $35,000 but a five hour sales call is inconceivable. Showed no respect for our time and frankly if he has that much time to burn one call, his commission must be way too high. No way will I do business with them. No more home shows in my future and any sales person I let in from now on has 45 minutes to make his case. I should have asked him to leave but I took the cowards way out and made my husband deal with it.

It went well. As far as what the sales man came in and talked to us about, everything was factual, and as far as the time to install, he was right on the money. The crew came in, took the old roof off, put the new roof on within the timeline that they told us they would and they were gone. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

They are excellent. They have high quality products and their installation team is very efficient and very good. Their products are of top notch and provide highest energy efficiency. Their price is high.
