Description of Work: Installed new picture window. We love it!

Description of Work: Replace multiple windows & French doors. Delays in install of screens for custom size doors.

Description of Work: Six sections of different sizes were replaced. They were punctual and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. However, when I checked the windows after the install I discovered that three large windows within one of the groups being replaced that were supposed open didn't but the three smaller windows below them did. We called our sales person at Anderson Windows who confirmed that there had been a mistake and stated the problem would be rectified. We did question the fact that there was ample time to check the windows prior to the install to make sure they were as ordered. May 13th they installed the new windows which took seven hours to complete. They did a nice job re-installing the windows and once again cleaned up nicely, but we were inconvenienced with not being able to put the room back or use it until the new windows came in. We had to be home a second day for the duration it took for the job to be completed. The inconvenience could have been avoided if the window order had been checked and confirmed when the order was first completed. If we need to replace windows in the future we would use Renewal by Anderson.

Description of Work: Replaced windows and sliding door in our house. The sales team, installation team, and product were excellent. The office employee was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with and I've worked in customer service for twenty-eight years. When I inquired about the cost of three of the windows, after the precise measurements were taken, I was told the prices we were given were the lowest estimate she had ever seen on a house of its square footage... And if my sales person wasn't returning my phone call it was because I had bothered him too much. We never filled out their customer survey because my questions were never resolved.

Description of Work: Had a lady come out and give us quotes on 15 windows. She was very professional and knowledgeable on their windows. They went through the presentation and showed us a few samples. It was a great experience; however, the cost is soooooo high. I understand they may have a superior product in some aspects but they are not worth literally twice the cost of 400 series wood windows by Andersen. It seems that many people have had the exact same experience. I would think they would realize that they are exceptionally high and bring down their prices to actually be somewhat competitive. There is absolutely no way the value of our house would go up by the same amount we would have to invest into their windows.

Description of Work: Looking at spending about 65,000. First person sent to me I was not impressed with and they did not follow through. Called company and they promptly sent another person who was excellent. We are negotiating with them presently. Very professional and good follow through. We are doing most of the windows in our home and doors.

Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson did everything that they said they would do and in the time specified. I did not understand that Renewal by Anderson and Anderson Windows are two separate entities; I have since ordered another 15 windows made by Anderson Windows and was very please with the final results. Just be sure which company you are dealing with if you want genuine Anderson windows.

Description of Work: .We had new windows put in to replace old ones 30yrs. old we noticed a difference right away.

Description of Work: The salesperson was straight forward and very helpful. I had a timeline I had to get things done by and they were able to get it done. They installed all new windows and doorwal in my house.
