I called them when I had some squirrels living in my attic, and they did a great job with getting rid of the problem. The price was more than reasonable, and they were able to come out right away.

Trap placed over a week ago. Sprung with no animal. Could not reset. They brought a newer trap. Sprung twice, reset - no animal which is still driving dog crazy!

I'm only answering this because you asked. As I indicated earlier, the work is not complete. This is week one of what they said could be a 3 to 4 week process.

I would recommend this company to my worst enemy! I have had a bat issue for 3 years. I started my bat removal journey in 2018 with another company that went out of business. In the spring of 2020, right after losing my job due to Covid, I got a quote from Platinum and another company for bat removal. I was burned before after the first company I used closed up shop so I thought I was being smart by getting a quote from multiple companies. I regret choosing Platinum. Even though I was not sure where my next paycheck would come from, I chose to cough up $1,100 for bat removal that included a 5-year warranty. This was on top of the almost $700 I had already spent with the other company that went out of business. Well, it is now August 2021, and I am still sharing my home with BATS! Platinum has been out to my house 8 times. They sent their quality technician who stated he could not find any issues. He stated that I do not have them living in my house and that everything that needs to be sealed is sealed. I argued that there is still an issue if I am still getting them. His answer to me was you live in an area with bats, you are bound to have them in your home. He also noted that they were coming into my breezeway and entering the house that way. Impossible. I spend a major of my time in this room and have never seen a bat in that area. By the end of his inspection, I was told there is not anything else they could do. Pretty much I am s*** out of luck. Welp, since that visit I have had at 3 bats in my home and a total of 6-7 within a week! This is a record number of bats since my issue started in 2018. I have called multiple times and spoke with the manager. Today I was told I would have to pay the $99 inspection fee to have someone come out again! Then she reminded me that they believe they are coming in through my breezeway. So as soon as I got home today I closed all the windows and duct-taped around the door that is in question. Not to my surprise, I HAD ANOTHER BAT in my house

They did a great job. Super easy to work with. My guy did great work super friendly but I think it costs a bit much for the work. It was 400$ to fill in a 6inch hole into my Siding.

Great service. Thorough and friendly. We had a squirrel in our dining room ceiling. They didn't just set an exterior trap like another company did. Over 2 visits they did an inspection of the exterior of the house looking for entry points, set an interior trap where we heard the noises (the squirrel didn't take the bait), and then eventually were able to cut holes in the ceilings and find and patch up an interior entry point through crumbling bricks. Very happy to have this problem solved!

Everyone was very friendly and professional in getting rid of my raccoon problem. It took 2 days, but the raccoon was removed and my attic was restored. They did a great job with the clean-up!
