I called Platinum Wildlife Removal when I discovered that I had a raccoon living in my shed. They came out the same day and removed the raccoon from my property. I would definitely recommend them.

Did a good job. The price was competitive and I felt like the person on the phone cared about helping me get this done. They checked out my garage, and it looks like there won't be any squirrels in there now. I will keep their number for future jobs.

Platinum asked to be paid in advance ($2,400) and refused to do any work otherwise, then did not do the work other than caulking (and it was $600 for that). I had to dispute the charge to get the rest of the money refunded for work never done. They said they could not put a screw in my roof for vent covers they said I needed (I already have vent covers but they tried to say mine weren t good enough) or anything else. My roof is 5 years old, has half inch plywood which is standard and is still under warranty. My roof was done by American Standard Roofing, a very reputable company that stands behind their work (in fact I highly recommend them), and they came out and looked and said it is fine, but I also had it looked at by a builder with no financial incentive who said there is nothing wrong with my roof. Platinum then tried to tell me they could nail more plywood underneath my roof (as I mentioned it is still under warranty so I told them I would not let them void my warranty by doing something like that), also the last thing I want is nails sticking out of my roof. If it is too thin to screw in from the top, why is it too thin to screw more plywood in from the bottom (I ran this by a builder who laughed and said don t let them touch your roof ). Their workers tried to act like they had expertise (one claimed to have worked on roofs at some point, but didn t name a company or length of time) and they seemed to not be very with it, nor did the seem like they really wanted to work). One last thing, but most important, I verified there was NEVER any critter IN my attic, critter was ON roof (something was scratching some nights, but it is not always easy to tell if ON or IN, that was why I called Platinum). After talking to REAL experts (not Platinum) I had one tree next to my porch cut down and root ground, and the other bucket trimmed up high, a huge maple that a squirrel could make the 15 ft. jump to my roof, that was ALL I actually needed. Also when Platinum inspected, I was told the insulation was messed up in one area (ok I am not going to accuse, but I will just say that is not hard to do on purpose). I was also told a bat (a bat came in our house we think actually came through the garage at dusk when my son was carrying in groceries with the garage door open, so be careful as bats are active at twilight) could have come in through my gable vent (I had both gable vents covered since my new roof has ridge/drip edge vents). The corner of one of the gable vent covers was suspiciously bent back a little after the inspection (my neighbor fixed it for me for free), he works in construction and flat out told me after that he thought it was highly suspicious that one corner of a gable vent cover was bent back like that when they were obviously installed properly by ASR). I can t prove it one way or the other, but I will tell you do NOT trust this company, nor do I think they are professional. Unless you are 100% sure you have critters IN your attic, …DON T call critter control, and if you do really need it, find a critter control company who stands behind their work enough to wait until the job is done before they expect payment. I have done a lot of updates to my house, and nobody but Platinum EVER asked to be paid in advance, I asked why and he said because sometimes people try to get out of paying them. After my experience with them, I can see exactly why/how that would happen.

I called Platinum Wildlife on Saturday night. Our tech arrived an hour later than scheduled. We were then quoted $2,700 for a bat removal job ($1,500 for ridge guard). I was told I needed to put 50% down to get on the schedule, they charged my card the full amount. Our roof is 3 years old. We decided to have a roofer AND another animal control company come out and were told we DID NOT need the ridge guard. After 2 additional second opinions, I called Platinum Wildlife Removal. I was told NO REFUNDS. I told them I still wanted the work done (minus the ridge guard) I was told I would still have to pay the full $2,700 even without having the work done. They refunded 1/2 my money but still have $1,396 that they will not give me back even though they did not do the work. I even offered to still pay the $99 inspection fee and just refund the $1,296 and they will not! Please call around and use another company! This company is price gouging.

We had bats in our home and needed them OUT! We spoke with Aaron on the phone and he was very knowledgeable. That is what really swayed our decision to use Platinum Wildlife Removal. That and their 5-year warranty. Everybody else was 1 year or nothing. They got all the bats out and we could not be more pleased.

They were hired to take care of my squirrel problem. Paid them half on the first day. They sent a tech a week later to plug the holes and set up a trap at the entry/exit hole. The technician plugged the wrong hole. They said they will send someone in 2 days to take care of it. No one showed up. On the third day a Clay guy demanding the other half. I explained the issue to him and I told him that I saw a squirrel come out and stood on the trap. So far no squirrel caught. I said either you do the job right including plugging a big hole in the back or I want my money back. He got rude and demanded the money. I hung up on him. I will stop payment and or call his boss on Monday.

Platinum Wildlife Removal is by far the best Wildlife company out there. They successfully removed a family of Raccoons as well as bats from my attic. The bat exclusion doors were removed today. Nathan performed the work flawlessly and would not leave until he was certain that I was satisfied with everything. Dont hesitate to hire this company at all and by all means ask for Nathan, you wont be disappointed. The price point was right on and Nathan even helped me temporarily seal up a leak at a flashing point over my garage until I could get it looked at by a roofing company.

After dealing with several either unresponsive or unhelpful companies over several months, Platinum Wildlife Removal came to the rescue. The Owner/Operator knows his stuff, responsive, fair and flexible to work within your needs and schedule. He actually responded to my email inquiry while he was on vacation and was available shortly thereafter to come out to my home. The only reason he could not address my raccoon problem same day was due to the weather. He returned shortly thereafter, took care of the problem and a very reasonable cost. I would recommend Platinum Wildlife Removal - hands down the best experience I have had in this area.
