MJL was recommended by a family friend and I am glad they did. Mike (the owner) is part of the extremely was trained craftsmen that worked on my house. After calling 5 other companies before MJL, I had realized none of the others had a personal connection to their work, Mike does, it's his business. MJL replaced the roof on my house and garage, put up new siding and repaired a chimney that was falling apart, and blew in new insulation into my attic. The roof, after listening to a local radio host talk about his favorite shingle company I thought they were the only option, he was wrong. Mike recommended a different shingle and explained and showed me why he felt it was a better option (and not more expensive). We could not be happier, I know it's a just a roof, but our roof stands out so much we actually have neighbors stopping by to ask what kind of shingle it was, it really pops in the sunlight and stands out from the rest of roofs, it adds to the value of my house. The siding, originally an after thought however Mike showed us some options for that would make our house stand out from the rest and again for the same money he was spot on, it looks stunning. The accent shingles on the front look like real wood and really up the curb appeal of the house. The siding is also installed with care not to have seams everywhere, in fact there is not a single seam anywhere (unlike my neighbors where seams are every 8 feet) it just offers a much cleaner and quality look. The chimney, my rear chimney had bricks falling out, mortar missing, etc. When Mikes master mason was done you cannot tell what was repaired, very impressive. All I can say is if you want a big company with work crews hired by the job that could care less about your house then hire someone else. If you want a Great company that has a owner "On Site" actually working side by side with his crew making sure every detail is meticulously followed, then call Mike at MJL. Also clean-up and professionalism was unsurpassed and I have had other contractors in my house on other jobs that I can not say the same about. Great Job Mike and Crew, Thanks Again.

I had a leak in my attic around one of the vents and had MJL come out and take a look. He found the problem quickly, and said he could fix it immediately. He was very professional and even took off his shoes when walking through my house which my wife appreciated. Will definitely be reaching out to Michael and his team for any other roofing needs. He's going to be my go-to guy.

Michael did a great job, at a Veterans Post. Would hire him back again. His team worked hard and clean, and got the job done.

Michael answered my request on a Sunday and the work was completed on Monday. He was very pleasant and professional. This work was for a rental house that I own. I have not actually seen the repair but the tenants are satisfied. I will use this service in the future.
