I had water under furnace. Technician blew out the drain pipe that was clogged. Also topped of the Freon for A/C. Not sure the technician's name but stated number 225 on the work order. Very polite, worked diligently and answered all my questions. I would use D&G again.

Very well. I was going to have a perimeter drainage system installed in my basement. The entire basement floor was covered with asbestos tiles which needed to be removed first. But the furnace and water heater sat on top of some of the asbestos tiles, and I wanted all of the tiles removed. While planning this work I stopped into D&G one day after work to ask if they would do this job for me. I knew it was an out-of-the-ordinary job request, but they were understanding and were completely willing to do the work. Two service techs came out to remove the furnace/water heater, and they did the job very quickly. One and a half weeks later the same two techs came out to re-install the furnace and install a new water heater. They got everything installed and gave me a lesson on how to start the pilot on the new water heater. The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is that there was an electrical outlet on the side of the furnace that provides power for the condensate pump. That outlet was mis-wired so the pump did not work. I can't fault them too badly because it was a five minute fix for me to do. No big deal in my eyes.

They scheduled it the following week after I went in there. When he was done, he told me about smoke alarms and CO2 alarms. He asked me to check to make sure of the age that they weren't over 10 years old.

They did it while I was at work. They came in, they did it and they left. It was done when I got home.There were no wires left laying around. Clean up was good.

My furnace wouldn't start up this season, called D&G Heating & Cooling for a service repair. Curt Degrandchamp came out, did a complete inspection and quickly found & replaced the bad part. Great service call, I was really impressed by Curt's professional know how, & efficiency. I had my thermostat replaced same time, same company, last year by Curt. They are a great company to do the job if you need honest, knowledgeable, and efficient work done. I now know why they've been regarded in my community as the place to get your heating & cooling work done. Just can't say enough about the company & it's staff. Been in business over 50 years here in Livonia, and no small wonder why! Same owners also! Thanks Again D&G and Curt. Your a real credit to the profession.

We have a maintenance plan that we only pay for parts that have to be put in.

Furnace went out in middle of freezing winter cold. D&G got right out and accessed what we needed, scheduled the replacement, did the new venting required for a modern high efficiency furnace and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They were great and also worked well with the City of Farmington inspectors.

I spent $3400. I picked it out myself. They were very helpful, they help you size out your house and tell you which model would be best for your needs. They used the existing fanning system and installed the new furnace. They took probably 5 hours to install it. They hauled the old one away. They've been in business since around the 1950's, they're a local provider in the city and every time I use them they do great service. I've only had a couple people come out and they were by far the better company.
