I had water under furnace. Technician blew out the drain pipe that was clogged. Also topped of the Freon for A/C. Not sure the technician's name but stated number 225 on the work order. Very polite, worked diligently and answered all my questions. I would use D&G again.

Very well. I was going to have a perimeter drainage system installed in my basement. The entire basement floor was covered with asbestos tiles which needed to be removed first. But the furnace and water heater sat on top of some of the asbestos tiles, and I wanted all of the tiles removed. While planning this work I stopped into D&G one day after work to ask if they would do this job for me. I knew it was an out-of-the-ordinary job request, but they were understanding and were completely willing to do the work. Two service techs came out to remove the furnace/water heater, and they did the job very quickly. One and a half weeks later the same two techs came out to re-install the furnace and install a new water heater. They got everything installed and gave me a lesson on how to start the pilot on the new water heater. The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is that there was an electrical outlet on the side of the furnace that provides power for the condensate pump. That outlet was mis-wired so the pump did not work. I can't fault them too badly because it was a five minute fix for me to do. No big deal in my eyes.

They did it while I was at work. They came in, they did it and they left. It was done when I got home.There were no wires left laying around. Clean up was good.

They scheduled it the following week after I went in there. When he was done, he told me about smoke alarms and CO2 alarms. He asked me to check to make sure of the age that they weren't over 10 years old.

My furnace wouldn't start up this season, called D&G Heating & Cooling for a service repair. Curt Degrandchamp came out, did a complete inspection and quickly found & replaced the bad part. Great service call, I was really impressed by Curt's professional know how, & efficiency. I had my thermostat replaced same time, same company, last year by Curt. They are a great company to do the job if you need honest, knowledgeable, and efficient work done. I now know why they've been regarded in my community as the place to get your heating & cooling work done. Just can't say enough about the company & it's staff. Been in business over 50 years here in Livonia, and no small wonder why! Same owners also! Thanks Again D&G and Curt. Your a real credit to the profession.

We have a maintenance plan that we only pay for parts that have to be put in.

We have used D & G for almost 30 years.

Furnace went out in middle of freezing winter cold. D&G got right out and accessed what we needed, scheduled the replacement, did the new venting required for a modern high efficiency furnace and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They were great and also worked well with the City of Farmington inspectors.

I spent $3400. I picked it out myself. They were very helpful, they help you size out your house and tell you which model would be best for your needs. They used the existing fanning system and installed the new furnace. They took probably 5 hours to install it. They hauled the old one away. They've been in business since around the 1950's, they're a local provider in the city and every time I use them they do great service. I've only had a couple people come out and they were by far the better company.

They were wonderful to work with. They called ahead to let me know when they were on their way. They didn't have all of the parts required to fix the boiler on hand, however, a delivery man brought all the necessary parts. They were able to complete all the repairs the same day. I would defiantly hire them again.

We chose D and G after a not so good experience with another company. D and G had serviced the furnace and AC previously, we had moved into this house about 9 months ago. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. He inspected the unit, gave detailed, helpful feedback on the condition and helpful action items to keep the unit maintained. He explained pricing up front for additional freon before adding and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed and will definitely have them back in the fall for the furnace.

We returned home from a long weekend out of town to discover that the furnace would not operate; the temperature inside the house had dropped to the mid-50's. We placed a call to Dand G and they responded on an emergency basis to restore our furnace to operating condition.

Came did the work, left. Everything is good to go.

It was a very good experience. I expected to be charged for the service call, but was pleasantly surprised to not be billed. They were professional and very helpful.

Very responsive. offered options for energy efficiency. very professional installers. Had a multi-zone system that needed tweaking after installation. would definitely call again for all HVAC needs.

The repairman was very professional and told me that there were a couple of things wrong with the furnace. He asked how old the furnace was and suggested the option that made sense for the age of the furnace (~20 years). The itermittent problem, whihc had occurred occasionally even after a prior company attenpted the repair a few years ago has not happened once since Dand G fixed it.

Although a relatively minor fix...the igniter needed replacement...the serviceman had to obtain the part, which he did on a timely basis. Parts and labor were roughly $200. Parts and labor were guaranteed. And the serviceman informed me of other hints on maintaining my furnace. I was impressed also of high level of honesty, and no attempt to sell me unneeded work. I definitely recommend this business for any furnace issues.

We have used D and G several times in the past. They have always been prompt, professional and priced fairly. This experience was no exception.

I called Dand G on a Wednesday to see about setting up an appointment. They could have come out that day, but I was unavailable, so we set up the appointment for the following day. They came out on time and did an extremely thorough job. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to determine the issue with the A/C unit and fixed it on the spot for very little incremental cost. I would definitely use Dand G again, in addition to recommending them to anyone that needs HVAC service.

Their service was great! They do very professional work. They are up front with you about everything. They only install what is necessary for the unit. They replaced my previous unit with a smaller unit. It is so much better and more efficient. It cools the house much faster.
