Technician was nice however the price of the repair cost more than the toilet itself. Very unhappy that the service fee was $80. That's outrageous compared to other plumbers who charge between $40-50 for service fee. I will definitely never use them again.

Water heaters cost for the model I needed was $300. This company charges $700 in labor for two hours of work. Called several places and had 4 quotes ranging 250 to 400 less. Would not recommend using this company.

It went well. The two plumbers (one was an apprentice) were both very polite, professional . They did what they needed to, and left.

After three attempts, they were unable to pass though the tap at about 85'. They didn't find any roots or clay. They suggested that it might be a collapsed pipe near the city sewer tap. They suggested another company.

We called Andrew Etchen Plumber's Service late on a Monday afternoon about a slight back-up in our basement. He said he would send someone out between 9am and 9:30 am Tuesday. The workers showed up on time cleaned the drain. They also took the time to fix my kitchen faucet and look at my bathroom faucet. They couldn't fix the bathroom faucet, but, said if I would pick up a new faucet and give them a call they would come back to fix it. I've had other dealings with this company in the past and they have always been on time, came back promptly if any subsequent problems arose and were very neat.

Very efficient, friendly, arrived in very reasonable time, explained what they were doing and what might have to done in the future if blocked again. For emergency situation, weekend call, and service performed, thought it was reasonable.
