After the quote, there was virtually no lag time in starting the job. Patrick was friendly and professional. A massive job, for sure, but completely done in a very short time, I was very impressed. I am pretty sure that he underbid the job, but he stuck to the quoted price. He had to knock out a wall to access the upstairs bath and it was put back together and repaired very well. I was very pleased with the job overall. The only thing con that I have is that since then I have tried a couple of times to get him back out for some new, minor projects but have not been able to. In his defense, he may have had other, bigger projects going, or he may have never wanted to lay eyes on my mess of a house again. Either way, a huge recommend for quality work!

They were a bit pricey, but the work was fine

He comes out and gives you an estimate and gets started right on the job. If there is a problem he takes the time to figure it out and explains it to you. He has very good problem solving skills. When you call him he calls you right back. I would highly recommend him. He is my go to plumber.

We liked everything about their services. They were very effective and secured the job. Everything worked out great. We would like to grade excellent for overall experience. We didn’t have any comfortable pricing, but for what they did, I thought it was fair. It might be a little expensive. We are not that familiar with the prices.
