 + -1 moreI called them to explain that I had a clicking sound with my freezer. The lady, Dee, that answered the phone was the actual business owner. She stated that it sounded like the condenser needed to be replaced. The reason I liked talking to them was because she was very nice. She stated that with a service call it would be only $20.00. This was wonderful because if you were to call a place like sears, they would charge $80.00 and that is not including the service the perform and parts. She explained that if they provided a service there would not be the $20.00 fee. They also take off 10% if you are a senior. She gave suggestions of what products to look into. She stated what to stay away from by her experience. She was all around very helpful. It is a family business and they have been in the area since 1968. I didn't use the service but I liked her approach.
Description of Work: I called them to inquire about fixing and old gibson freezer.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING ALL MY APPLIANCES THERE FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND REPAIRED MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
