+ -1 moreThe person answering the phone seemed confused about why I would want to know if there were additional photos, if it was a REO, or the condition of the property. She said that I should ask my buying agent. I told her I already did, and the MLS information was very limited. She then indicated that she wanted me to ask my buying agent the questions, so she could then ask Realty Executives the questions. And, then if I had any follow up questions, we'd continue the back-and-forth cycle over and over again. It seems like an awful waste of time to drive away prospective buyers. I would NEVER list a property with this company if they refuse to help sell them to potential buyers.
Description of Work: I called asking about a property that they were the selling agent for.
