 + -1 moreJake checked the furnace and discovered that I had a small leak in a tube outside the unit. It was quickly resolved with a new tube and my furnace has worked fine ever since. Jake was prompt, efficient, and also gave me advice on how to save heating costs by closing vents in the duct system which I did not know how to use. His friendly, professional demeanor put me a ease. This guy is a delight to work with.
Description of Work: My furnace was not responding to turning up the thermostat.
