Description of Work: Resurfaced hardwoods in entire downstairs of our house. Responded immediately to my call and squeezed us in amid other jobs bc we wanted to have our floors done before we moved into the house. They squeezed us in before a holiday weekend, no less! Plus, they repaired a small spot without charging us. Excellent all around. We wish we would have had them do our upstairs at the same time.

Description of Work: Hardwood floors refinished. Extremely happy with the whole process from the initial quote to the final coat of polyurethane. Very professional and friendly group of guys. The 100 year old floors look new again. I plan on contacting Mr Natural for more work this fall.

Description of Work: I contracted with Mr Natural to refinish the hardwood floors in our older home. They did an excellent job, from start to finish. There was a large stained area on the floor that he was able to remove without having to replace the boards. I recommended him to my neighbor who also ended up contracting with him to redo all the wood floors in her home. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: we had all the hardwood floors on our 60 year old house refinished...they were hidden for many years beneath carpet and stained an awful dark color. They are now bright and beautiful....Matt and his staff do amazing work. There was almost no dust which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Mr. Natural. This was the only quote I got as they came highly recommended to me.

 + -1 moreMatt was prompt in giving me an estimate and he explained his work plan for my project. He gave me 2 dates of when he would come to do the work. He called me to let me know which date. He and his helper came right on time. They worked very hard. I got to talk to Matt after he was done for a few minutes and he is a delight to talk with. This man know his craft. The foyer floor is spectacular. Matt has the experience, knowledge, care, equipment and superior products to do the job right. I recommend him highly.

We were very pleased with his work the first time we used him so when we recently purchased a new home we decided to have the floors refinished before moving in. He was prompt in giving me an estimate and prompt in doing the work. As with the first time I used him, the floors turned out beautifully. Matt's easy to work with, dependable and reasonable. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking about having wood floors refinished.

Description of Work: Had all of the hardwood floors on our first floor refinished. They did a great job making all of the floors match (they did not match before). Also did a great job blending in a new spot in the floor.

 + -1 moreMatt was prompt in coming to give us an estimate. His estimate was the most reasonable of the three that we received. Matt includes staining floors as part of his quote, it was not an upcharge as with some others. Because of logistics issues, we had the main floor done first and the upstairs done a few weeks later. He was great about working within our schedule. He and his partner were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Both jobs were done within the time frame he gave us and best of all, my hardwood floors are now beautiful!!! But, that's not the end of the story; shortly after having the floors done, the movers scratched my beautiful upstairs floor while moving some furniture. Matt came back and took care of fixing the scratches and did not charge me for it. I like Matt alot more than I like the movers!!! I would highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreThe floors look amazing! Matt (Mr. Natural) is very personable and friendly. I found him to be very honest. He was available to do the work within a couple of weeks and on time every single day. I recommended him to my neighbor who was equally as pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Refinished our dining room, family room, and hallway. Filled numerous holes (one as large as 1.5 inches) and installed 5 transition strips.

 + -1 moreMatt arrived for an estimate on Tuesday, started work on Wednesday, and was finished by Friday. We were in a dire situation with our furniture sitting out in the garage and on the porch. He was able to squeeze in our job to help us out. I'm not sure how he did it but I found no dust ANYWHERE! He was fast and professional. His quote came in much lower than we were expecting. We are going to hire him again when we are to refinish the upstairs.
