Everything was perfect with them.

They broke out the old concrete in the laundry room, then poured new concrete, and installed a drainage pipe. I'm not sure what the charges were. We were happy with the service Ayres provided. So far, the basement is dry, and they were on time and professional. I hope I don't have to use them again, but would call them if need be.

It went very well as I had been a bit hesitant to even have them come out for an estimate having read a prevous review on Angies list. However I was pleasantly surprised and happy. Bryan was thorough and personable and willing to share information.He arrived promptly considering the weather conditions and gave detail. He talked directly and succinctly to the problem. He thoroughly answered all questions and was efficient but not in a hurry. He provided a written estimate and warranty details via email very promptly. Based upon his treatment of us in performing the estimate Iwould not hesitate to call again or recommend him to others.

This work was performed as scheduled and completed in approximately 7 hours during the course of one day. I will be watching over the next several months to determine the effectiveness of the installed components but my overall experience thus far has been positive. I did have to have the quote reissued, as the sales rep I originally worked with left the company and it was later determined that I did not truly need all of the components in the original quote. The final installation was based on the second, revised quote.

I had a new sump pump installed. We were having issues with our old sump. It was constantly overflowing. I had them install a new "super sump". The technician also installed a new, larger crock, discharge pipe, dry well & "freeze guard". They were in & out in about 4 hours & left little to clean up. The technicians took care to place a runner on the floor so that dirt would not be tracked into the house. They left very little dust even though they had to use a jack hammer to break up concrete in the basement. The finished product looks very neat & clean as opposed to the old system that I had installed myself. The price seemed high at first until I saw all of the work that was involved. Most of the price was labor which I don't think I would have wanted to tackle myself. The initial estimate of $8200 was for a "complete" system including a drain tile that would have been installed along the interior perimeter of the basement. I decided to go with just the sump system for now. I can add the drain tile later if I still have problems.

I spent over $10000 on that service. I liked that they were prompt, on top of things and they did good work. Everything was explained well and conducted as promised.

Do not waste your time. Failed to provide a quote as promised, and failed to respond to e-mail sent re-requesting the quote.

Overall, everything was good. They didn?t have enough of their product during their first visit. So they had to come back later to finish. I would probably use their services again.

i panicked thinking the company was going to do this job for well over $6000.00. with out me signing or wanting work done. I will update this form later with more specific information. I do want people to know, i'm not sure of their credibility. I do see they had another negative report from the past. Update: Work was not done, thank goodness. I sure got a scare though. Thinking they were doing work without me going over all my finances.

The Ayres technicians arrived on time performed the work over a three day period. The job was done exactly as it had been described to me.... There have been no water issues since completion of the job. Very satisfied.

Got multiple estimates, they seemed to be moderatly priced, and we liked the look of their system. They were in and out in 2 days. The 'bubble wrap' insulation they put on the walls was great, and they even left us extra tape in case it ripped before we could drywall down there (it didn't). They installed drainage access points all around the basement, which will be helpful in the future in case we ever have a clog. Very friendly, down-to-earth gentlemen we dealt with.

Ayer's was very prompt in sending out a salesman for an estimate, and equally prompt in sending a crew to complete the work. The estimator and the work crew did not seem to communicate and the estimator did not appear to understand all that was involved in the work he was estimating. The final price was 35% over estimate with no change orders made on my behalf. The work was finished promptly but my yard was left in sloppy condition. The drain was stopped 5 ft short of where I requested so I ended up with a sump drainage puddle in the middle of my yard instead of the middle of my wetlands. The drain line/dirt was left in clumps as opposed to smoothed and seeded.. In burying the drain my landscaping border was cut and not repaired. I had to pay someone else to come out and complete the job. When I called to make them aware no one ever responded to the messages I left with the answering service. I am unimpressed and believe I could have had more professional service elsewhere.

Excellent pre-service communication and timely installation. Now that we have paid in full, they are refusing to provide a warranty and are not returning phone calls.

Overall, I am pleased with the result. We had some issues at first trying to route the system where I wanted but Ayers Basement system worked with me to make sure it was done, and done right. Problems can happen with any project and I don't measure on the problems, I measure on what was done to resolve them. The owner of Ayers basement systems personally came to visit me to make sure he understood the issue and to make sure the right resources were assigned to finish the job properly. The system works great and overall I am pleased and would recommend Ayers to others and will use them again should I have a need.

From the moment we met with the sales person, we were sold. The professionalism and outstanding customer service really added value to our purchase. The prices were very fair and lower than we expected. The installation guys were pleasant and efficient in installing the pump. Because it was winter, the ground was frozen, so they couldn't put back the dirt on the outside as nicely as they may have if the ground was thawed.

We decided to go with another contractor after Ayers attempted to scare us into doing things (e.g., adding supports on walls that showed no signs of stress or damage) we weren't certain needed to be done to repair the house foundation.

Experience was great. During the original estimate we received a very low pressure presentation of our options and Todd was very knowledgeable. We had two other contractors out to the house and they were not in the same league. The work was performed today and it was smooth and professional once again. Highly recommend

I was having problems with some possible leakage from my drainage tiles by the front porch and was going to get my concrete replaced, but needed to know first if they were broke, and what my options were. Todd came out and really took his time explaining things to me. He worked trying to discover just where my tiles drained, how they were connected, and tried to determine if they were part of the perimeter tiles or separate since they were attached to my downspouts. We did several experiments, and he was confident that they were separate from the perimeter tiles. Prior to Todd coming out to check things I had received a pack of information and in that pack I discovered that they had a product called "LawnScape Outlet". When Todd was here he mentioned it again as I had mentioned I was getting my eaves replaced before the concrete on driveway and sidewalk could go in. Once we determined that my tiles were most likely not broken {would know for sure after concrete was removed) we discussed the lawnscape outlets. He gave me an estimate and I said I would think it over. My one concern was whether they would be able to install them on the same day as my eaves and downspouts, and he said yes, or within 24 hours. That's exactly what happened. I set the time for my eaves to be replaced and then called for my lawnscapes and all was done within 24 hours much to my delight. I really liked this company and their products, and I enjoyed working with Todd although he did not actually install the lawnscapes. He does know his products and seems to be very knowledgeable.
