Referred to Advantage Property Solutions from a friend and I called to get an estimate just on my roof. Brad came out and took the time to show me why I needed a new roof cause it was installed incorrectly and showed me there was a Leak and the root cause. Lay-ed out what would need to be done to fix issue properly with the proper insulation and ventilation. So my new roof will last the life of the shingles. He gave me a estimate for the new roof and also did a separate quote to insulate the entire attic space. Not only was his Quote for the roof the Cheapest out of the 12 Estimates I got. He was the Cheapest for both the Roof and the insulation than all others quoted me for just the roof. Crew was excellent and professional and even took care of letting my dog outside potty while we were away at work for the day. Cleaned up yard and put everything back in order as was before insulation. Did take a bit longer than estimated but weather and illness to crew members was a cause in that factor, nothing that was a result of there work. Would use and refer to others and will be calling when its time to replace my siding in a few years.
