Left 3 very Large roots 2 inches from the grass level and a high mess all over the yard. Took us hours to clean up everything and to catch it out the roots. One root was at least 8 inches Thick and I didn t see it until we removed all Of the wood chips. I was not happy that we had so much work after we paid $50 more than we were quoted I thought the Yard would be a lot cleaner

Josh was a nice guy and yes i would recommend his service. He removed all of the stumps i requested but left 2 of them behind. I asked him to come back out the following Saturday so we could discuss reformatting my entire backyard and he agreed. When he came out he noticed that he forgot the stumps and said he would remove them but they still are sitting there as i write this. We walked my property and he asked what i had in mind and he pitched ideas and they all seemed fine to me. He told me that he would email me with some figures on the scope of work but never did. Also the side gate has a bicycle chain style lock on it which when he left on the initial work day was only wrapped once leaving a lot of slack in the gate to which any child or animal could push its way in. My pool deck furnish was all thrown off to the side, three chairs and a table. Though the wind has been known to do that as well, lol, so I'm not holding that one against him. Lastly there was an up charge to move some rocks away from the stump. The original total was $175 for the work to be done then I sent him the pictures of there the stumps had to be pulled from then the price went up to $225 to which I paid $240 because I was just happy he took the job and got it done. Summary: Josh did a great job for the most part and i'm nitpicking about the other things that i mentioned. Just laying out all the info as it happened. So I can't give a perfect 5 star but it was a good experience and I would totally hire him again! Thanks Josh!
